No bed and breakfast. Quietness of the location.

Everything. The advert didnt comply with reality. Photos were old. Dirty swimming pool to lifted /missing decking which is a hazard for children. Property requires maintenance and repairs.

Swimming pool is not heated

The stay in the apartment was excellent. Comfortable layout, kitchen with everything you need, there was a laundry room on the ground floor, there was a ceiling fan in the living room, and air conditioning in the bedroom. But the main advantage of the apartments is a huge comfortable terrace. The whole life was spent on it: breakfasts, dinners, work meetings via Skype, you could sunbathe and do yoga. The location of the apartment is great: 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach, 200m to the nearest store (but there is not a large assortment there), there are several pleasant places where you can eat. On the way to the beach - Man's kiosk, where you could buy fruits, vegetables, order to cook fish, shrimp or lobster (very tasty), Stephanie's snack (clean and delicious), bar 36 on the shore with a great view and excellent service. The owner of the apartment, Suren, is wonderful, helped us with all questions, even not related to accommodation. Suren, thank you very much! We will definitely come back! It was the best vacation ever!

It is always great to chill at this place.. Went there 2 times already.. So cozy and clean and help/assistance is available all the time if needed.. Will definitely revisit. Thank you Suren.

The studio is well equiped with everything you need. Spacious terrace, nice pool, located closely to the beach, to bus stop and restaurants. Suren the host and his staff were extremly friendly and helpful in every situation. Thanks a lot for the relaxed stay! Would definetly book again.
