Went for a family weekend and just really enjoyed the property and it's location. Beach was a quick access. Easy to get in and out to enjoy other things. Plenty of room to stretch out. Lots of great touches.

Our family of 5 (plus dog) had a wonderful time. While it’s an older home with creaky doors, everything was clean and nicely maintained. We loved the pool and the crows nest. Could not beat proximity to the ocean and appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was. She let us know about a space launch we might have otherwise missed.
Not only was the house dog friendly, it was right by the dog friendly beach so we could enjoy the beach with her.
Would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

House was good, looks were deceiving from the street, what a nice place. Nothing fancy but very comfortable, pool and patio were great. The walk to the beach was at most five minutes, and the house had chairs, towels, and even a cart to haul your things. Property was secure and in a very quiet neighborhood, great for a relaxing and visiting. Only issue we had was hot water, an easy fix and Erin was quick to assist and follow up with us. I only wish I had more time to stay. Definitely plan to return.

We loved the property. A perfect beachy get-away. We didn’t get to fully enjoy the home as we were there visiting family and we mostly used it to sleep. We did get to take advantage of the pool and enjoyed coffee on top of the upper deck. I had hoped to have had more hang-out time there as it had a laidback cool vibe. It definitely is the ideal beach home. Easy walk to the beach and lots of room for people to enjoy hanging out. Communicating with Erin was awesome. She responded promptly and was very accommodating.

We had a great time. We couldn't have asked for a better location the less than 5 minute walk to the beach was great. I do feel like the pictures of the property made.It seem a little nicer than it really was, but it was pretty clean. It could use a little updating! The host was really nice and quick to respond!

Our family really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. My grandson had a blast in the pool and at the beach. The family raved about 4th Street Fillin’Station!

The property and location to beach and other fun locations is so great. Sort of outside of the busiest parts of cocoa beach but within a short drive. Kids love the pool. Loved staying there and would happily go back. Property manager is very helpful and understanding. Great all around.

My family and I were coming to Florida for a Cheer competition and wanted to do some different sights other than Disney. We chose this location because of it's proximity to Kennedy Space Center and the beach. The pool is really what sold me ; ). It is an older house with a bunch of renovations. So expect light switches to be in unconventional places. The instructions for the house were clear and detailed. The recommend list for food came in handy when our friends came by to visit. After a long beach day, the outdoor shower and foot wash was a lifesaver. The pool was so nice to swim in and the constant temperature was a nice touch -We got rain two of the three days. My minor issues were address with Erin and she is quick to respond and answer any questions. Don't hesitate to bring something to her attention. I was very appreciative of that. It's a great house and in a super convenient location for walking to the beach or even driving to the access lot to drop/pick up your gear. They have the basics you need if you are not bringing your own beach gear for a day at the beach.

This spot was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool. The beach is super close. Having access to beach accessories so convenient. Watching rocket launch from rooftop was a thrill.

I recently stayed at this house and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, and the pool was a great feature. However, the house is a bit on the older side, and the master shower head was very hard to open. The biggest issue we faced was bed bug bites; the entire family was affected, and it was definitely not mosquito bites. A deep clean is urgently needed. Another issue was a difficult neighbor who the owner had a sign Karen requesting quiet after 8pm, despite the noise ordinance in Cocoa being 11pm. Fortunately, we were with our kids and had mostly chill days by the pool and beach. The grill was also very dirty and needs attention. While the owner was very responsive, the cleanliness issues and bed bugs made our stay less enjoyable. For the price recommend elsewhere before these things are addressed!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is a beautiful house, great space inside and out. The pool area was amazing and very private. We were able to bring our DOG and she loved the fenced in area and the beach right across from the house.
We can not say enough for this rental. Total package and we would go back!

This property was as advertised. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach (where we watched a SpaceX launch from Kennedy Space Center). The pool was warm and clean. The rooftop deck was small and a steep climb, but a great view of the crashing surf. The host was very responsive for the minor issues we encountered. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was obvious that the hosts did everything they could to make their guests comfortable and happy - from a well heated pool to surf boards and bikes. The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 13 year old and our 25 year old niece. We all had privacy when we wanted it and places to hang out when we wanted to be together. Loved all the games, the screened porch and the rooftop deck. We got to see a rocket launch, met an alligator, surfed at Cocoa Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thanks for everything!

The location of this home is ideal. It was somewhat odd, like someone rushed out before our arrival with open chips, dripping shower and trash in cans, but we left them all alone. The home is lovely except you can hear clearly the busy street outside while trying to sleep. We really enjoyed watching the launch from the upper deck and front yard. We also loved the proximity to the beach. It was chilly during our stay so we were unable to use the pool because it heats to 72 degress which is understandable. The home's location is the best! The owner was easily accessible when we realized the pullout was broken from a previous visitor. They were also very helpful sharing some local events not published to travelers. We would recommend this home!!

Lovely house with wonderful beach Christmas touches for our Florida Christmas vacation. Close to town and beach across the street!! Wonderful places to sit and talk on rooftop, covered porch, by the pool and snuggle on the couch for Netflix. Plenty of room in kitchen to prepare food and had everything you needed. Erin the owner was friendly and prompt with communication. Appreciated and grateful for our time in Cocoa Beach!!

From the minute we walked through the door we felt at home. The property, the house and the pool were just amazing. We had friends and family come over it was private and quiet. I highly recommend this property we will never stay anywhere else when in Cocoa Beach. Even our dog was happy there.

Good supply of everything we needed, from kitchen needs, to items to use at the beach, down to aloe for sunburn! Pool was great temperature and we liked the high deck - although tricky to get too as they plainly disclosed. Loved the large screened porch, but a table would be nice out there. Decent room to spread out in the house, but master bath too small. Really loved the pool area! Good location.

This house was GREAT, and I would highly recommend it. It fit our family of four (includes 2 teenagers) perfectly (but would be able to accommodate more. The house was stocked, and didn't know really need to pick up any kitchen stuff besides just the food that we would be eating. The sun porch and pool was awesome ... loved the ambiance of the backyard. SHORT and I mean short walk to the beach ... I think it took us maybe 5 minutes??? Lots of extras like beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, beach cart, bikes, floats, and outdoor shower. The owners definitely take pride in making this a nice place to say, and they were very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Again .. would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful beach home!! Reminds you of a 1940's Beach cottage, love the feel!! Palms surround the property, very secluded feel and quiet. Quick 3-5 minute walk from house to the beach shoreline. Gated drive easy to use!! Well stocked kitchen, beach equipment and plenty of outdoor spac. Owners are responsive if needed! Absolutely would stay here again!!

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and pool. Walked to the beach daily with my 5 and 9 year olds in under 5 minutes.
Easy quick drive to local shops, restaurants, gym, grocery.
All amenities were there including pool and beach items. Used laundry regularly.
Great place would stay there again if visiting cocoa beach!

This property is very comfortable and has been redone in a comfortable modern beach theme while still maintaining the midcentury charm fo the house. Very convenient to the beach and they have surf boards, bikes, and a beach cart available. Beds are very comfortable, and pool is heated! We enjoyed going to Kennedy, and watched a launch from the beach. Quiet safe secure location convenient to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

The property was all it was described to be. Very clean, very neat. The pool was excellent. The dog friendly beach was just a 3 minute walk across street. Our host Erin was very timely on returning any answers to questions or concerns we had leading up to trip. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Will definitely return in future and highly recommend.

Cannot say enough about how awesome our stay was. We are a late 50’s couple with two dogs and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room for the dog crates and they had room to play outside in a gated yard. We had long walks every day in every direction and the beach was so close! The house was roomy, there was no clutter, and there was TONS of closet and bathroom storage for our longer stay. The pool was heated so was able to enjoy in January, outdoor temps in the 70s and 80s. We did not get to enjoy the rooftop deck much as the pups could not get up or down and they were miserable not being able to see where we were, but the little time we spent up there was wonderful. Lastly, I loved the screened in lanai for my workouts. We opened the lanai doors to get wonderful cool air in the mornings and evenings. We also saw a daytime and nighttime launch from the beach which was icing on the cake. The street is a bit busy at rush hours as it’s a main thoroughfare between Cape Canaveral and Patrick Space Force base, but it didn’t bother us in the house or backyard. We also explored many other areas from there such as Vero Beach, New Smyrna Beach, both about an hour drive. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Very cute house. They have thought of everything to make life away from home easier, including childrens' dinnerware, games, crayons for kids. The kids loved the pool and the hammock, and my husband really enjoyed the deck upstairs. Everything was clean. Perfect getaway, and a nice location. Very easy to get to the beach!

We traveled from Houston to Cocoa Beach for a SpaceX launch. So, as always with launches, we had to wait until the last minute to secure our lodging. I contacted our host the day before we would arrive to see if we could possibly rent from her. She responded immediately and got everything set for us! Everything worked out perfectly! The property is amazing. Wish we could have spent more time there. Best host ever!
