The breakfast is excellent and the location is ideal – right on the beachfront! It's perfect!

There was just one day when water was not available in the entire hotel, though they were able to provide alternative options quickly, such as allowing guests to use the bathroom in their sister hotel.

The receptionist was so accommodating. She was so helpful during our stay. She provided option to pay it later when we had an issue with our cards. Kodus for making sure our parents can use the room right away knowing they are seniors.

Just the location as it was very far from the center. It's not that very suitable for seniors as it requires a lot of travel.

Had a bit of issue with the charges made. Example, they charged a laundry service in my room that I didn’t avail. This was rectified though, thanks to the receptionist who sorted it out. Check your bill before paying it.

Most of the staff are friendly. Going to extra miles to accommodate your requests special thanks to Carmela from front desk. She make sure to comfort our request and always with a pleasant smile. As well thank to the HK team for making sure our room was clean(everytime we leave mess 😑😑) as special thanks to the security team also ❤️❤️❤️

I forgot the receptionist who checked in us. Just trying to upsell I can understand it’s just business but still she need to get better training , not accommodating and not friendly.

we liked that the location was very quiet compared to when you stay near the white beach.

we stayed for 3 nights and from the breakfast buffet, the glasses always smelled funky. it seemed that the towel used to dry them isn’t clean which resulted to that smell. wasn’t able to report this so I’m writing it here instead.

A beautiful, private property. I like it because not a lot of people roaming around on your face. The food stalls in front of the beach is very helpful. Very kind and approachable staff.

The distance to the main beach is far and the limited time for the free shuttle. its only until 10 pm.

The place is such a breather. We were very happy on how the staffs were accommodating.

I am hoping that the shuttle service is up until 1 am. So party goers will be accommodated.

I liked the beach compared to last year but i know it was still in construction. You were very kind and helpful with the injured family member of ours and with us who got ill. Thank you again.

The AC is very strong and even though we changed the temperature it was always the same cold.

The staff were very welcoming and served us with drinks and smiles during check-in. Enjoyed their breakfast. Love the private beach, especially at night plus full moon, just perfect vibing with chill music and drinks. Super convenient free shuttle service to D Mall and back. My daughter and I will never forget our stay here.. We'll be back soon!!!

The room is small yet cozy, but it's fine coz we're always out and about anyways. You can ask for complimentary slippers, toothbrush and other toiletries if not readily available.

The location is cool. You can go the the nearest beach by taking walking road or stairs directly from hotel. They also have free shuttle service from hotel to D’mall and D’mall to hotel at 1.5 hour intervals starting from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm. But you have to book reservation way earlier. Although the location is far away from markets 7-11 is very near and there are makeshift shops available at the beach till 9:00 pm

1. The house keeping service. Whenever I call them it takes at least 30 minutes to come almost every time. Also it seems they are understaffed. Front desk take loooong time to even answer even after multiple calling they didn’t response. 2. They gave our room just beside the pool and the pool is as same level as our room. People can easily see inside the room if you open the curtains which is just violation of privacy. No way to enjoy the daylight without seeing people watching your room. This needs to be fixed . They can install one way glass in these rooms. 3. Room amenities are not upto the mark. No slippers(had to ask for) . No body lotion. The basin is small and water falls outside of the basin while washing hands. No covered , all are open deck accessible to toddles. TV is too small for the room. 4. Breakfast is very poor. Not recommended If I go there again it will be just for the location.
