It's close to downtown... Unless you have car.. But if you don't oxxo it's kindda far...
Only lies..... When I made the booking it said there was a balcony... It said it had a view to the city and all I got was a noisy, very old room looking at the backyard....the people who worked there unable to help with any of this to make a better deal. I had to look for another hotel instead of staying there. The installations are very old. Nothing compared to what it shows in the pictures. I received an email saying I could check out at 2pm...and that was a lie... The person at the recepción said I had to leave at 12pm anyways.. They didn't respect anything on what was promised on booking. Com

Un lugar muy amplio,tiene todos los servicios, refrigerador ,cocineta,incluso trastes para cocinar!

Ubicación y tamaño de la habitación.
El estacionamiento es complicado y requiere sepas maniobrar. La regadera puede mejorar. Pero por ubicación y precio es una muy buena opción para pasar la noche.

We really liked the office staff, especially Samuel Perez. He (& they)went out of his way to make us comfortable. Maintenance & cleaning staff were also efficient & friendly. We liked the balcony, the large room, the spacious closets. The pantry was huge with 4 very large shelves.
The microwave over the refrigerator was awkward for a short person. There should be a small cabinet or table next to the refrigerator to support the microwave.

Location is very good. Decent sized room. Has parking.
Old but clean. Ugly washroom. No soap provided (good that I travel with my own). No elevator access to 11th floor. Uncomfortable bed. Dealt with three different front desk concierges, all of them were unhappy and seemed bothered to help. I wouldn't call this a 3 star, it is more like a 2 star hotel. Price should be a bit lower or the quality and staff attitude should be improved to reflect the prices charged.

The keys didn’t work. Every single time I went back I had to reactive the card

Location is superb, very well connected to downtown and key areas of Monterey.
Breakfast was simple, (not very good) coffee, fruit and yogurt to take to your room, but it was pandemic wise, due to the restrictions, I liked that.
Air Conditioning in the rooms can improve a lot, it was hard to cool down the place.
The parking in the building is a real torture, you need a lot of skills performing hard manouvers if you want to park in there.

Their locations helps a lot to visit some interesting places in the city.
Staff very gentle, fresh fruits, hot and deliciosus coffee.
Maybe a phone is necessary in rooms to ask for some thinks like toilets, etc.
The machine to cash is slow and fail a little.
The security box to keep money or important thongs didn't woks.

Location is very good specially if you have to go to San Jose Hospital
The cable didnt work and when I was going to sleep two of the pillows have hairs on them.
Also, I went and took a shower and closed the bathroom door, when i finished i couldn't open the door, i thought i was going to be trapped there and i had an appointment, after 5 min of wrestling with the door it finally opened.

This is a suite-type apartment which is very large and is located near the Centro Medico Hospital complex.
Extremely noisy. Every sound from inside and outside the hotel could be heard, almost if amplified. That of itself was a killer in terms of positive recommendation. But there were many other issues. The bed was too short. There was a lack of electrical outlets. The bathroom door opened to the inside which made the bathroom barely functional despite the fact that there is plenty of room to mount the door for outside opening.
All in all just not a very comfortable place.
