Close to the beach.

It was different than what is shown in the pictures and the location was different than what appears in booking. The windows don’t stay open. I messaged the owner about the difference but he ignored my message.

El apartamento que nos toco estaba en pleno Ocean drive, excelente ubicación a dos pasos de la playa! El apartamento era sencillo, sin grandes lujos o decoración pero cómodo.

No se podían abrir mucho las ventanas porque era un bajo. De hecho la de la habitación no fuimos capaces de abrirla y no pudimos ventilar mucho el apartamento para los 10 días que estuvimos pero apañamos con el aire que iba muy bien. La ventana daba a una calle mas tranquila pero aun así al ser un bajo si pasaba gente con musica o hablando alto se escuchaba pero nada que unos tapones no puedan solucionar.

Location is really convenient. The rooms are okay, good bed. Communication with the host was great

The bedroom air conditioner was not good. Didn't cool the room at all very hot to sleep

Location was great. Very close to the beach but still nice and quiet. Lots of places to eat near by.

We received a text message saying we had received an upgrade and to go to a new location. I asked to see the room listing online but they just sent photos. I looked on their website and couldn't see the room they were showing me. We arrived at the location and realized it was a completely different building, in a different location and a different style room to what we had booked. The host came over and offered us a different room in the same building or a room where we booked. She kindly drove us to the location we booked which was one block from the beach. Initially the apartment was great but then we noticed the air-conditioning in the bedroom did not work. We stayed for 10 days and asked for it to be fixed multiple times and it never was. The apartment seemed like it had been renovated by people with no skills. The glass shower door was not secure in the shower and constantly fell out when you moved it to get in the shower. It eventually shattered all over my partner cutting him all over his arms and hands. If this had had been a child in there, I would hate to see how badly hurt they would have been. They had a housekeeper clean up the glass and left us with no shower door or offer to move rooms. We were never offered to move, only a refund for the nights left if we vacated. The host and staff seemed to be doing their best but they owner clearly does not prioritize safety.

The location was close to everything. Just a quick walk to the beach and the main strip. Relatively easy to check into. I was given a code and was able to get into the apartment early and quickly. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Laundry in room was nice.

This is quite possibly the dirtiest room I have ever stayed at in my entire life. After walking around the room, my feet were literally black constantly. See the pictures. Also, I don't think the lint tray in the dryer has ever been cleaned. The lint in there must have been the size of a grapefruit! I threw a load in and it smelled like the place was going to burn to the ground! But overall, the dirtiness of the room is my top complaint. Just disgusting and awful.

service and communication was excellent. when I registered a complaint, someone was there within 10 minutes. location was perfect. friendly and courteous. beach access with chairs and umbrella. clean pool.

we only had hot water 3 out of the 7 days. we boiled the pots and pans and kitchenware because we weren’t sure that they were clean. No hot water.

host was great to communicate. Place was exactly what I was looking for and central to all good places to go. Only thing is parking! get the parking wit the rental !!

It was very easy to communicate with the host even from the wifi on the plane 10,000 feet high!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT LOCATION and for single and for friends and for family vacation. Close to the ocean street and beach, 20 min walk from Lincoln str (shopping), close to whole food store (7-10min walk). Quiet place and street. My main criterias for rent were laundry, kitchen and how close beach is. Laundry and kitchen were included. Kitchen is good, all basic things you need for cooking are provided same and a kettle, blender, etc. AC is helped a lot. Room for your clothes and shoes in bedroom is huge for me, hanglers provided as well, even the chair with umbrella for the beach. I would recommend this place to stay, especially for couples, it is really cute.

I asked to switch the room, because in first one, the laundry machine was broken, and the owners with no any problems gave me the other room. Unfortunately it wasn't as clean as I expected, but I'm clean freak. The remote from the TV on the kitchen wasn't working. I let them know, but I didn't get another one, but its not a big deal, because I was using the TV in bedroom and my laptop mostly. And the last thing thatade me upset it is the duvet. It was in sealed bag like from dry-cleaners, but it was stained.

Nicely located near shops and south beach area.

They could do better job at cleaning the property. we spotted cockroaches in our apartment.
