Cozy Home on the Lake

It was a good property with great water pressure and very clean and I was very satisfied with my visit.

The owner was responsive and helpful. The rental was neat and clean, but was very compact and a little dated.
Mostly, I was disappointed in the “Waterfront” description. It was waterfront to a cove with dirty water and tons of turtles. It did have a firepit, but all four legs were broken. We had hoped to fish and enjoy the outdoors while we took care of some business. It didn’t happen.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights but we didn't want to leave. The owner is nice and responsive. We didn't need anything but they checked in too make sure we were good. This lake house is perfectly located right off Lake Livingston. It was only 2 of us but it's definitely big enough for a larger family. The master bed is very comfortable. The house is stocked with pretty much everything you need. Nice big deck for fishing (we caught quite a few channel cats off the dock) saw lots of turtles and a few pretty big gars. Has a big patio for outdoor eating. Nice boat lift for evening draining. It's far enough in the canals there no waves to really worry about beating up your boat at night. We brought our jet ski and put 10 hours on it in 4 days. Fished from the jet ski, caught a few bass. My daughter caught a 10lb striped bass! Stopped at an island and swam. Lake Livingston is huge!!! Gas stations nearby for re-fueling. Talked to the neighbors across the water a little, very nice older couple. This Lake house has everything you need to make some great memories! We will surely be back. 10 ⭐'s if possible!!!!! 😁

This place was amazing. We caught several catfish off the dock. When fishing was slow, we went to the boat dock and the neighbors had nothing but advice and kindness. The house was cute and comfortable.and clean. It’s easy to see that this host actually cares aabout your experience there. I look forward to bringing the rest of my family back to enjoy this quite piece of lake Livingston. Thank you for being a host that cares.

If you are looking for nice clean place to hang out by the water this is the place. There is a very nice covered driveway, that makes it great to hang out if it is storming outside. The boat ramp is right down the street. The neighborhood is very quiet and trustworthy. We left lots of stuff under the awning, open to the street and nothing was bothered. Excellent place! Will rent again!

Despite low water in the cove, we had a great time. The house was clean, had friendly neighbors and good restaurants in the area.

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood
The owner, Jamie , was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The place is very clean and comfortable. All the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We would love to go back again.

Lakefront Getaway
Ready for immediate lake access! This is a great house on the lake. This house was definitely comfortable and enough space for 3 adults. I enjoyed coffee in the deck looking I’ve the lake every morning. The cove is easy to get in and out of. Great time!

Awesome place to stay
Great place to stay. My husband and I have stayed here 3 times & love it. Neighbor are friendly. And Jamie the owner keeps in touch with you. Very nice people. We will be staying here again

We rented the house for our mom’s birthday. A trip for just her and her girls. It was a great Trip. The house is in great shape, very tidy, and the property manager was very nice and easy to work with through the start to finish of this rental. It was a quiet neighborhood, and not far from town to antique shop or if you need to get anything you may have forgotten. Also, the state park is right around the corner, you can always go there for daily fun!

Very nice, clean home. Just as advertised. The home is decorated nicely for the lake. The new boat dock was great! Lighting was awesome for fishing at night. We docked our boat and had quick access to Lake Livingston! We caught more fish than usual! We will be back!

Cozy Lake House
We had a great, relaxing stay here! The Cozy Lake House feels like a secluded cabin in the woods. Very clean inside, cute decor. Outside there is a fire pit that we enjoyed along with night fishing on the dock that had great lighting. We felt like we were "glamping". The hosts are amazing as well.

Great little lake house with very nice neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for two couples or a small family. Nice back deck and boat house with fishing pier on a quiet canal. Boat ramp is right down the street and Pine Island is a short boat ride away. We enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Nice getaway
Jamie checked on us a couple of times during our stay. It was nice getaway. It would be even better if I had a boat and could take advantage of the dock. It didn't take long to get to Livingston or to Livingston State Park from this location.
