Casa la Piazzetta Rinascimentale is the sweetest cottage within the walls of Urbino. It is situated in a little square that was a joy to walk into each day after exploring the city. The views, even from the square, were magnificant. Oriano collected me at the bus station on arrival, showed me around the house and took me through a map of Urbino for places I might need. The decor of the cottage is lovely, it's well-equipped and it was spotlessly clean (Rosanna's doing!). Oriano and Rosanna are wonderful hosts - friendly and helpful. I loved my stay in their adorable cottage.

Location was perfect, apartment well presented and clean. Host was wonderful and met us at the bus terminal and driove us back at the end of our stay.

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the wonderful town of Urbino, and the attention and communication of the owners was outstanding. Oriano met us at the bus station and also provided us with an onwards transfer when our plans were disrupted by local road closures. His kindness was greatly appreciated.
The house was quiet, clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have a small garden in which to sit and admire the spectacular views over the town.

We both loved everything about this property. It was very clean, very well appointed/furnished, extremely quiet, very close to parking, restaurants and all of the amazing sites of Urbino. Oriano and Rosanna were very easy to deal with. The courtyard was wonderful to sit in for a rest and recovery. We would stay here again with absolute certainty. With 4 trips to Italy in 6 years, Urbino is now one of my favourite towns and Casa la Piazzetta is now most likely my favourite accomodation

Our host was very helpful. The house was well equipped and nicely located inside the city walls, in a very quiet location, but close to parking.
For English-speaking guests it would have been nice to have some English language stations available on the television.

This was our family’s 15th vacation in Italy and this apartment is one of the most thoughtfully furnished accommodations we’ve rented! Everything you could need is here! The WiFi is perfect and the location is wonderful. Just inside the walls so that parking isn’t far and neither are any of the sights.

We had noticed the outstanding reviews of this little house when looking for somewhere to stay in Urbino and it completely lived up to them! The position is wonderful, right inside the city walls and the house is charming, well appointed with everything you might need and absolutely spotless. Our host was great at communicating with us, and extremely helpful and friendly, he met us at the apartment, and sorted out parking for us too which was a real bonus. For me the best bit was the gorgeous little outdoor terrace and tiny garden under a tree, where we could sit and eat breakfast and enjoy a late night drink, looking at the view. The house also had air conditioning which, in the hot spell we had when we were there, was a blessing. Would thoroughly recommend in every way to anyone wanting a place to stay in this beautiful little town, which, as it is not near an airport or a train station, is not spoiled by tourists, even in high season. I hope to return!

Location near the car park, where the owner met us, and in the town centre. The apartment was a beautiful modern renovation in an historic building. Everything was exceptional!

Wow..what a house. Everything is available, almost new. In city centre. Own garden. Very nice and welcomming hosts. Close to all nice restaurants and must sees.

This apartment is excellently located and feels much larger in reality than it looks in the pictures. It’s a great value and I highly recommend it!

Perfectly reconstructed house in the heart of the medieval city. Modern equipment and ancient feeling. Fully equiped appartament with marvelous view from the garden. The best place to stay and enjoy Urbino. Warm and friendly approach of the owner only highligths the superiority of the place. Bottle of local wine (not from supermarket) is superb. We will return, definitely. Worth of 11 points or more.
The only problem, that we have to move on furter ;) and the scale ends on 10.
