Neal is a cool guy and very understanding which made my stay really easy going. Eugene is chill and laid back, the staff are nice, much appreciated and thank you.

i had a single room, it was clean and overall exceeded admittedly low expectations. generally i was pessimistic after having been to a more awful downtown location. this one is better and certainly cleaner. the neighborhood is safer too. if you have a car, get a single room and gave no expectations beyond a place to sleep, you will live.

the plase IS weird, make no mistake about it. i would not go as dar as "creepy", but weird for sure. staff/resident residents hover and seem to generally use it as their house, they have a very polite and sprt of cool kid who nonetheless asks a lot of questions, and some clearly hungry starving refugee from a certain Eastern European country who asks a lot of questions about your food. Does smell of weed/cugarettes, and people take boomboxes to the shower for reasons I thankfully have not had time to determine. I will not go on, you get the picture.

Nice peaceful friendly atmosphere.

The bunk beds were uncomortable and had big divot in it. Difficult to get up and down cause so flimsy. Kitchen was dominated by long term guests so there was little to no room in fridge for anything of my own. Cupboards too.

No breakfast and on your own. Like the Privacy and ability to get away from the noise and confusion in, for example, the city if too many occupants , for example.

Better and stricter discipline to the community Issues have been discussed at length and resolved with Marsha and Roman - the house managers And Rob Responded really well after awhile.
