It was was nice and well kept

Our room was a little dark and to far from the lobby and we were also told that breakfast was included for our room because we booked through a different agency we weren’t impressed

The main desk staff was very nice and helpful, however my unit was managed by a different company. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well maintained. I Loved the restaurant’s food and atmosphere. The staff at the restaurant were amazing. The jetted tub was nice but bathroom was moldy and had not been cleaned well.

WIFI didn’t work for 3 days. The fireplace didn’t work. Mold and grime around and in the shower, tub and back door. Coffee cups were dirty. Also no coffee supplied even though it is pictured in the photos and they had coffee machine, filters, cups etc. The bed was uncomfortable. Paper blinds were ripped. I waited around for scheduled meeting with maintenance that never came. Waisted my time dealing with maintenance man who didn’t fix anything. They offered me a cleaning voucher on my next booking but I am not a member of the timeshare that manages that unit so I had no account to credit too and therefore I could use it. They didn’t contact me again after I told them that I wasn’t an owner of a timeshare there. I booked with Booking.com

The tub was nice

It was Dirty... There was mold on the back door and bathroom wall. And the shower has scum on the trim. Cobwebs in the bedroom.

Key pad didnr work. Upon arrival room was filthy

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. ZERO AMENNETIES. WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE AT A MOTEL 6

LUMPY PILLOWS, STAINED SHEETS. NO COFFEE. DVD PLAYER DIDNT WORK. TINY TINY ROOM, NO BREAKFAST, JETTED TUB HAD PINK SLIME AROUND JETS. THIS ROOM WAS A TOTAL AFTER THOUGHT.
