It was difficult to gain access to the beach with long ques and having to obtain access everyday is also an inconvenience.

The lagoon( the main beach). And also the security is so tight..

All the facilities
The host wasn't easy to reach..struggled to leave because we had no code until she called back..even getting in we had to travel from gate to gate where security wasn't even friendly..the security at the lagoon only 1 security wasn't friendly enough working by the cameras.it was even hard to ask for direction

Safe property, the apartment was very clean and it felt like home everything we needed was there, the security very tight and our host responded on time. It's a wonderful place to be and definitely coming back with my partner we really enjoyed our stay..

When I arrived at the apartment I had booked there was no electricity, I was told to go to the office or look for the security to come and assist.. The apartment was nice but no tea, coffee and sugar, no hand wash soap in the bathroom, no liquid dish washer in the kitchen.

Fiber internet, smart TV with good access to many streaming services.
Gas heater and cooker but gas bottles were empty. Was a tough couple days in the cold. There was also constant loadshedding or maybe just power cuts due to the ongoing construction of new apartments that was making a heck of a noise.

The place was clean and tidy. It really did feel like a home away from home. We were given access to almost all facilities and the staff was very welcoming. If you were struggling at all with anything, the host made me comfortable to approach her with any matter and gave me confidence that she would resolve the matter ASAP. A truly wonderful host.
The shower needs a door and also some minor maintenance is needed. Perhaps a new TV with Netflix, I had to be creative with how to get Netflix onto the TV. Was really disappointed there wasn't an air-conditioning unit because it got really hot. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay

Host communicated very well with us. Place was exactly like shown on the pictures, clean and comfy. Enjoyed the lagoon and chilling at the Lifestyle Centre.

The furniture was aesthetically pleasing.
Checking in was a nightmare, it took over an hour 30minutes waiting to be checked in. The security and booking agent were very rude and unhelpful.
The oven did not work, Shower door was broken.
We had loadshedding for 7hours and no back up generator whatsoever.
The communication with the agent was very poor!

There are no proper directions to the lagoon and restaurant. Load sheding part very much frustrating i drove to one gate to another place sing to show gate 1 and gate 2 and the waiting at the gate for entrance it's frustrating
