My group and I enjoyed the traditional room. There was a small sink and a private toilet in the room also. We took advantage of the free laundry on the property also and the small onsen. The room was spacious and a fun experience for the night. The staff were also very kind and charming. The park across the street was also beautiful and fun to explore.

The room had a bit of a musty smell but it's an old wooden building, so it couldn't really be helped. There weren't too many places to eat nearby, so the location wasn't ideal, but we had a very busy trip up to this point so it was nice to slow down.

I really appreciated the comfort & the quiet. The facility is doing proper cleaning and social distancing procedures as well. I felt safe & well rested. The location is perfect for those who would like to take advantage of the adjacent parks, which are gorgeous and great for hikes, running, and other athletic activities.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like, but I do suggest to check in at 4pm if you can so that you can communicate to the staff that you’d like to eat dinner there, if that’s the case. There are few options for meals within walking distance, so I definitely recommend eating there. You can also arrange for breakfast (as far as what time to be ready, and cost).

Great ryokan, big rooms, very clean, heaters in the room and reliable internet. Close to Nagoya, ony 10 minutes by car. There is a big free parking under hotel. The zone has many restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Beyond my expectation😁😁 the room is big, in Japanese style. Can take a bath 🛀,it’s very nice and relaxing . The staff is nice 👍 and helpful.the forest park is just on the opposite side of the road, worth exploring.

Need to plan the time if you go there by bus. The latest one from kintesu station in about 17:43.
