No dishtowels or washclothes in the home or arrival. They got some dishcloths dropped off pretty quickly I may not have been clear enough the kitchen had none of those supplies.
In general it could use a bit of minor maintenance, missing floor strips before door entries ect that have tackstrips exposed.
The beds were pretty uncomfortable overall definitely fat into the value side of things.
That said the place was very clean and the hot tub was very nice and was clean too.
It was a fair value for the cost and allowed us to have our pups on our hiking adventures.
I am sure they will take care of anything wrong as they were very responsive while I was there.

Very cozy and accessible. My only complaint is that I found the mattresses to be a bit uncomfortable and we did find a hole in one of the comforters we were using, but overall a wonderful experience.

Nice location
Nice amenities
Yes it's dated, and could use some upkeep...but if your not a snob and want comfortable, friendly, good location...this is it.

Enjoyed the views and the hot tub was a definite plus!

This home has a great location and nice view from the kitchen. It is listed as pet friendly, but there is nowhere for your dog to go to the bathroom. Grass is very high in the backyard never mowed so you have to try to go along the edge of the road when entering the home the living room carpet is staying very badly and smells like dog. I’m assuming it’s pee stains needs shampooed kitchen had everything we needed could have use more towels for they were eight of us and they gave only one per person so you had to wash in between hot tub was nice very close to downtown restaurants., shopping, etc. you are paying to stay somewhere cheaper and I’m assuming maybe that’s why it’s not very clean but location is great if you can handle the carpet being dirty.

Property was great, I was annoyed the hot tub didn’t work, but it was great place!

What we liked: Location, garage, hot tub.
What we didn't: Trash in garage smelled SO BAD. Property is overdue for updating. I mean almost everything (flooring/walls/doors/fixtures, you name it). It was easy to feel like property owner does the bare minimum to to keep this place tolerable. It was tolerable. If you keep your expectations low, you might not be disappointed. If you're picky, have hotel cleanliness expectations, etc, don't bother. The value was OK, but I'd have paid more for something nicer if I had known.
No one thing was worth complaining about, but all the small things add up.

We stayed here this weekend. Total of 5 adults and 2 dogs. We booked the place for the hot tub and it was great. It was right outside the balcony of our place, so we didnt have to share or go to a community hot tub. The reason we chose this place was because they allowed dogs and we 2 very well-behaved dogs we wanted to bring along and be a close distance to hikes we wanted to explore.
The place served its purpose - a place close to our interest and again, the hot tub was great. The place could use some updating though. The shower in main bathroom on main level drained verrrry slow to where you’re sitting in the standing water as you’re showering. There was also a tile piece that was sitting there because it’d fallen off the wall. Also, the carpet is worn but I guess that’s expected for a place that allows dogs? When we went to Target we bought a candle to attempt to overpower the smell. Seriously, the carpet and the shower were the only 2 “complaints.”
Overall, it had all we needed - no things like seasonings and condiments and such but we didnt care about that, just thought it’s worth mentioning in case you’re expecting it since other places do have that for you. There is a coffee maker and filters for you to brew a pot of coffee so we were happy.

The place is nice, dog friendly (huge plus), 3 floors, a bedroom on each floor, and 2 bathrooms that are useable, just outdated and in need of some water damage repair. The hot tub is nice, just needs to be taken care of better (chemicals cleaning exc.) The BBQ was in good condition but no propane (when I asked for some like the instructions said I got no response, and no one brought any to the house). There was a pellet stove but again no pellets anywhere and no response when asked about it. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans, and silverware and makes cooking easy when away from home. The garage is nice for a small car only (so not large 4x4 friendly), but when you are in the mountains and driving a pickup truck there is little to no parking for it. The snow pack in front of the garage also impacts the size of your vehicle height, the snow was as well as blocking the stairs on the outside of the house was unacceptable, I get it were in the mountains but there was no attempt at keeping the area semi clear, the other homes around did a fantastic job on their own areas so I know this is not something that could be excused as "weather" as the property management should be on top of maintain the safety of this home. There was no de-icer of any kind to help with keeping up on it, someone in our party did slip and fall down the outside stairs on our last night and is still hurt badly. Lots safety issues- outlets without covers, electrical tape holding plugs.

Place was sub par. Multiple fire code viloations. Carpet was grimy . Whole place smelled. Plastic cups for drinkware. Placed looked like an underground railroad stop for migrant workers.

Slightly older condo. Few minor maintenance issues but overall kitchen is clean and equipped, hot tub worked well, plenty of bedrooms and convenient to slopes. Would use again!

The condo was a good place to stay with our pets. The condo is in need of updates to give it the full 5 stars but the hot tub was excellent and the hot water was always present when needed.

This fit all our needs. Multiple bedrooms, close to Copper Mountain. Kitchen stocked enough to make meals and a washer/dryer. The private hot tub was our favorite feature we we used it a lot the 4 nights we stayed without issue.

Mediocre place to stay for the price. Some friends stayed here for a weekend of snowboarding. Hot tub was great and it had a lot of space. Loved being able to put our cars in the garage. Overall the place was not super clean. Doors covered in scratches, holes in walls, dirty couches and carpet. There was leftover food in the cabinets from previous guests. Bed sheets were ripped. One bed is just a mattress on the floor. Only two bathrooms, one of them is in the basement connected to a bedroom, so that was annoying to coordinate with all the friends staying in the home. Would not stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our extended family(8 adults) and 2 small dogs. we were able to place a car in the garage, driveway and across the street. All appliances were in working order. Note that there are a lot of stairs (up to the main floor and up to the third bedroom). Toiletries, dishwasher and laundry detergent all provided. Well equipped kitchen. Close to shopping and walking. Would stay again.

Upstairs shower doesn’t drain, most outlets in the home need to be replaced since they’re old plugs sag and fall out. Fire hazard.
Remote for tv had dead batteries, had to buy new ones

FYI for the owners: the oven wasn’t working (it heated only on ‘broil’). The bbq grill is out of propane. The jacuzzi was working!!

This condo was great for a family weekend away. A little dated but still good for the weekend, lots of room, only problem was the dishwasher did not work. New stove/oven was great, also the hot tub on the deck was a huge plus! Great fully stocked kitchen was really nice, with room for everyone to sit.

²property is older and has normal wear and tear. Was clean and cozy. Perfect for our short getaway.
8.0 / 10.0
This place is exactly what it sells itself as. Its tucked up in the mountains of Silverthorne only a short 5 minute drive down to town to get whatever you needed. There were some issues as stated on the previous reviews such as the oven still wasn't working. The grill ignition light doesn't work and there are some water issues with the bathroom on the main level. Beds were a squeaky and the carpet did have nails sticking out of it still at the the door frames.
I would stay there again - again you just have to know what you are paying going in.
8.0 / 10.0
Property was very good for our needs. Hot tub was great, layout of the bedrooms worked well. Only negative was the oven did not seem to work and fans would have been nice in the bedrooms at night as it was a hot weekend (there was a small fan in top floor bedroom but was very dirty so 4 stars on cleanliness). Overall happy, I would stay there again.

Great views
This place is nice, and the views were amazing, and it served our purpose! I was highly impressed with the abundance of kitchen pots, pans, utensils, etc! Be fair warned, there is no a/c here, and the carpet tacks do stick out where the carpet meets other surfaces. Otherwise, great location!

Good to place to stay if you are looking for just a place to sleep.
A little run down, needs to be throughly cleaned. Couches are awful and need to be replaced badly. Overall we accepted what it was and made the best of it. Probably won’t rent this property again though. Didn’t feel like a vacation get away.

Nice enough stay
We traveled so our adopted son can meet his biological mother. The home is outdated but nice enough. There is a sign saying, "remove shoes." DON'T.... the carpet tacks will puncture your feet. All mattresses need to be replaced. I thought they outlawed coil mattresses. None of us slept well. Fireplace and hot tub out of order. Trip turned out well for reason we were there.

Right tool for the right job
I didn't give this 5 stars for being the Ritz Carlton. I gave it 5 stars because it is exactly as advertised. The property is older, wood pellet stove needs to be repaired, many wall sockets are loose for plugs... BUT it is exactly what we were looking for. Inexpensive 3BR 2BA with a hot tub and a hot water heater that is boiling (great!) and a garage spot. If you are looking to spend a ton of money to stay somewhere posh, this isn't the right one. If you are looking for a 3BR place with a hot tub and kitchen for some basic meals to wind down after skiing, and then go out to restaurants, bars, other friends in the area like we had and mostly use this as a crash pad, it is PERFECT. Hope to stay there again.

Tucked on the hills in beautiful Silverthorne
Stayed at this property for my fiancé's 30th birthday celebration with a few friends. It's a great home with most everything you need. The only downfall was that the fireplace was out of order during our stay. Overall a very comfortable get away

Location
I loved being able to get to all the local towns quick and easy

Good stay
The hot tub on the deck and cable TV capabilities during football season really drove this location to a 4. The home was clean but beds and linens were not of the best quality. Also, living room furniture was really worn as is the carpet (perhaps due to being pet friendly - which we greatly appreciated - so hard to criticize that). The carpet was worn enough though that the tack strips at kitchen and entry are poking through, so watch those paws and kid feet. All in and all I'd stay here again for the private hot tub and peaceful location close to trails.

great place
Silverheels was a great base for exploring the mountains. Very comfortable and fairly well supplied. It is a bit older and not very updated but the price reflected this and we did not feel shorted at all. The hot tub was very nice and worked very well, especilly after a long day getting tossed around a Jeep going over the many passes. Garage parking was very nice and probably even better in the winter. Plenty of room and good wi-fi. Enjoy the mountains!!!

Very conveniently located, a bit dark, with good amenities. From obvious cons - broken and dirty grill (almost useless without temperature gauge and burnt gas tubes). There is a room for improvement also:- lack of glassware. - with no ice maker there were no ice cube containers too. Otherwise good property for a price, with decent hot tub.

Nice place with some issues
Great location across the street from a hiking trail. We are grateful to check in early. Carpets especially need some TLC. We appreciated being able to bring our two house-trained dogs. Looked like a previous occupant had some accidents on the carpet throughout the house. Otherwise, a comfortable stay. Some beautiful furniture pieces. Lightly stocked kitchen. Great washer/dryer— no laundry detergent.
