Spaciousness of unit Good parking - room for two cars.

No reception but easy to follow instructions- had booked at a different property but we stayed at Ivory Palms so a bit confusing.

Clean and comfortable, love the location.

The facilities were great , 3 pools tennis courts playgrounds great for kids , lovely gardens and the unit was very well equipped.

only down side garden isn’t fenced in all the way round with a little one need to keep door shut at all times.

The room was perfect for a family of 5. We were only there 1 night visiting family but could have stayed longer if we had more time. Having the cafe and pools on sight was great for the kids and parents at the end of a long day.

The bed was so inviting and comfortable, it was clean and like home away from home. All the facilities for.the kids was amazing and kept them entertained.

Loved the Pools the Restaurant and location, I was very lucky as the house cleaner was there cleaning and she gave me a key, and we had to come back after 2 pm as she was still cleaning which was fine as we were an hour early, otherwise we would have struggled to get in, as I did not have emails or messages whilst I was in Australia and wouldn't have known about the lock box number to get the Key until we arrived and seen it. So lucky she was still cleaning.

I was a bit worried when I arrived as I went to reception and the man said we didn't book through them, and it was confusing re the address 73 Hilton Street, as it didn't have the name of the accommodation at the entrance, as this accommodation was included in ivory palms so that confused us, lucky that I had all my paper work with me and it said go to apartment 88, but it all worked out perfect in the end, and we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure.

Beautiful home away from home. Very spacious and relaxing. Balconies back out to a pond with ducks and stuff in them. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds. Very easy check in and out.

Its probably a taxi or drive into town although there are amenties nearby as well.

It was a perfect location for our family with shops near by and the boat we hired for a day were a few minutes away from the resort. there were also things that we could do using facilities and a place to eat in the resort was a bonus. also things inside our place we had things to do board games, playing cards and tv with internet.

bad reception when we enter the resort using our phones. dryer needs to be replaced it made a horrible sound turning it on. had to turn it off straight away. washing machine didn’t complete a cycle kept on showing error messages. main shower head needs some fine tuning. fridge was clean but it had left over dirt on each shelf left in the corner. everything else was clean

Great location could walk to supermarekt and not right in the town to be too busy.

Floors/tiles felt grotty, hair on floor, bath mat in main ensuite was putrid/hair throughout the mat, toilet seat in main ensuite was loose, and poor internet/phone reception

Peaceful location. Loved the wildlife and the ponds around the resort. 3 pools and spas to choose from.
