Appreciated the design of the property and the staff, a very charming hotel. The kind of hotel with a little less obvious floor plan that offers something new for its guest to discover. When I asked for a full body mirror for my room, they installed one into a panel there. Very prompt service.

The towels could use bleaching or replacing, the mini fridge and bathroom smelt sour when I arrived but I stayed so long I think I got used to the bathroom smell? I finally caved and tried to use the mini fridge one night but it didn't work anw. This one is more of a me problem but possibly useful info for future solo travelers, on three to four occasions there were frogs hanging out in my bathroom. I was scared of them jumping on me while I was unclothed or trying to potty and was too scared to try to get them out of my room on my own but the reception closes at 10pm so afterwards there's no one to help with this! Eventually I got used to this too so maybe it's a blessing? There is a beautiful rice paddy right behind the hotel, if you're planning to travel and have respiratory sensitivities it's worth inquiring if it's burning season. (This isn't a neg on the hotel just a note!) Lastly, I think what affected my comfort the most during my stay was the hotel owner. He was kind and friendly, and very present. I often felt like I was a guest in his personal home more than I was a guest at a hotel. I would have preferred more professionalism and privacy. He was very enthusiastic about chatting and divulging information about his life. As a solo femme traveler I try my best to be polite but at some point it did feel a bit patronizing when he shared his upbringing and politics with me (pro-war, doesn't believe there's a genocide happening currently in Palestine.) Had I known this prior I would not have booked this place for my accommodation despite how pretty the hotel is. If I had not prepaid for my entire stay that would have been enough reason for me to cancel and move somewhere else.

The design of this place is really nice, it has so much potential. The room was very big and light, very clean and very comfortable beds, showers etc

The manager was away and I really struggled to check in or get any help when the safe key was missing. They kept telling me to come back in an hour and every time I did they told me to come back again so I wasted a lot of time! I think it’s really a shame they don’t offer a bar service with drinks and light snacks - it’s totally dead all day every day, I didn’t see anyone sit by the pool or enjoy the shared space. I like quiet places but this has beautiful design and surrounds and no atmosphere… There is also a lot of construction and therefore noise in the green belt with hotels going right up next door.

Our room was very comfortable and the whole hotel is nicely presented. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to come back again!

This stay was incredible, I ended up extending my stay because of how much I loved it. It’s as beautiful as the photos. The staff are so friendly and can’t do more for you. It has a very beautiful setting and you can just look at the rice fields all day. It’s so calm here. I felt at peace and safe staying here as a solo person.

The location is hard to find, especially for taxis. Given close to paddy fields, there were some musquitos.

Really fresh and the people were lovely and fair when we ordered small plates. Charged us less without even asking.

the staff were lovely! polite and attentive

dirt on the walls and windows, especially the ceilings which had holes in them. there were creatures in the ceiling scurrying round which kept me awake at night. might be geckos as there were several of these in the bathroom

I like the hospitality, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The owner Indra is very responsive and friendly. The view facing the ricefields spectacular! My room was very nice, its very peaceful but close to the heart of Canggu. I might keep on coming back!

Its not that I didn't like but, I think it can be better that the door needs to be firmly locked. Also would be nice if there is a chair and desk in the room.

they made us to cancel the reservation in order to give ys 10% back . very bad experience

general atmoshere was great and relaxing, view into the rice fields from the breakfast room was stunning, nice lounge area on first floor, quiet in the night, scooter rental, very friendly stuff, room was big and had a nice bench next to the window

All seemed to be a bit old/ aged, even if this might be part of the general charming atmoshere ("shabby chic"), a bit of renovation could be useful. In the beginning, the pools were rather dirty but then they cleaned. For this price would be nice to have a small fridge and water boiler in the room. No mosquito net.

The property was just stunning. it was so relaxing and the perfect place for a holiday. the staff members were lovely and accomodating.

The boheme atmosphere, nice decoration, nice view over the rice fields. The big windows in the room.

Some spaces are a bit old, they need maintenance. Particularly the wooden floor and the cushions in the rooms for example.

I absolutely loved our stay in BoHo Canggu! room was clean and nicely decorated! Green territory with 2 pools overlooking rice fields and Mountain View! it feels like a paradise! And stuff was sooo friendly: they brought decorated coconut for my friend’s BDay and were singing “Happy Birthday”! it was soo sweet! I like the vibe there and really appreciate owner and stuff for creating this space!
