Breakfast was ok, location was convenient. However they did not provide dinner as per expectation and I couldn't get Wi-Fi which was an inconvenience. Overall experience was okay.

Hot water unavailability is a major problem, especially in the current cold season. Shower curtains need to be fixed. Access into and out of the property should be easier for guests. Maybe the guests need a remote. Having to hoot to draw attention cannot be good for the guests. Alarm and hooting at night disturbs guests.

the pool was clean. the beakfast was fair

there was no proper communication. on booking they indicate breakfast included upon arrival they change goal posts. ask if they have dinner at an extra cost of course they say yes only to be told stories. no relish no mealie meal no rice umm it was too much. for 3 days they came for room service only once. they did not give us bathing soap when they did room service. the team need to improve on their service they were kind of rude.

The whole place is run down and not well maintained. Floors and shelfs in the bathroom were not clean. Cards were not accepted for payment in contrast to what is written on the website.

The staff is outstanding and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

The staff was super friendly ,the bed quite comfortable and the food was great

I guess we need to be able to lock the doors even from the balcony to avoid unnecessary invasions
