Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Der hervorragende Service ging schon bei der Ankunft mit einem Willkommensdrink los. Die Zimmer und generell die gesamt Anlage war unglaublich sauber und gut gepflegt. Der gesamte Hotelbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und man hält sich auch gerne mal im Hotel oder am schönen Pool auf. - Personal top - Hotelzimmer tolle Austattung und sehr sauber (kein stinkendes Bad wie es oft auf Bali vorkommt) - Hotelanlage super schön

Comenzamos con mal pié, nos dieron un bungalow que no era el que había reservado, más pequeño y mal conservado ,nos cambiaron al día siguiente pero no hubo compensación ninguna. Al estar rodeados de vegetación los ruidos eran insoportables a primera hora de la mañana según amanecía. Comimos el primer dia en el bar y las cantidades eran ridículas por lo pagado. El personal genial muy servicial. Zona con muy pocos servicios hay que desplazarse bastante para cualquier cosa. Decir también que Booking ni siquiera me contestó al mensaje enviado con el problema del Bungalow......

BEST ACCOMODATION. We were sad to leave! Rooms were so comfortable and staff were so welcoming and helpful! We had the cutest cat stay in front of our room on the patio! We will really miss it here! So happy with our stay.

The swimming pool area and the garden were beautiful and very well maintained.

The rooms were not too spacious and need a bit of work on them. You can't walk to places, will need transportation.

Everything: staff was friendly, bed was perfect, outside the busy centre but close enough to get there quickly with taxi, very clean, great swimming pool.

My stay at the Green Space Villa was disappointing. It isn’t as pristine as the description on Booking.com leads one to believe. I was also disappointed and frustrated at the way Booking.com handled my feedback. I provided feedback on my first day seeing as the English comprehension of the staff was low. I contacted customer care 3 times and they only responded late on my last night of a 4 night stay offering a $14 refund. How do they make this calculation? Also Booking.com promises a response within 24 hours. Not the case. 1. Dirt My room was dirty on arrival - crumbs on the floor, and thick dust in corners of the room. Which led to dust mites. I provided feedback immediately to staff, who are sweet saying “sure, sure” but only did a surface clean. I provided feedback directly in person and over whatsapp, and to Booking.com. The dust persisted until my last day and I had an itchy body for the duration of my stay. 2. Noise There are street sounds day and night - loud machinery from 7:30/8am. You can hear fellow guests talking doesn't matter what room you're in. On my last night, there were drunk people banging, screaming and laughing at 1am! A far cry from the urban oasis vibe depicted in the hotel’s description. 3. Lost in translation. When I arrived the person at reception had no idea what was going on. One also can’t tell who is the receptionist, manager, cleaner, waiter… so we are never sure who to ask for assistance. One employee said they offered free rides into town. Turned out this was not true. They offered breakfast for my first day (very basic), but then charged me for one extra item (?) All in all, a very confusing & disappointing time. Not the way I imagined I would spend my last 4 days in Bali. Booking.com should respond within 24hrs as they promise this. I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Very cool place

New wooden houses placed quite close to each other in a nice garden. Great pillows (eight of them!), great water heater. But somehow, it wasn't what I wished for, all in all.

You can hear your neighbours and your neighbours AC's outside unit. No real common space to hang out at, except for the pool area. As it was raining, no benefits of that for us.

The staff is very friendly. There is a lot of greens all around. Nice atmosphere.The pool is nice.

They have no spa beds. We ordered a massage that was done inside our room. The masseurs talked and laughed the entire duration. The masage felt like it was done by an amateur, I would not recommend. They even looked between our things. The villas are made of wood, so you can hear everything from outside. We had a gecko on our wall on the outside that screamed every night.

A few more sunbeds at the pool would be nice. Room and specially bathroom equipment require refurbishment, does not really match with the pictures on booking.com. Our room door was not able to be locked, which was not really a problem for us.

The property in general was very beautiful, lush with greenery and very clean. It was nice, peaceful and relaxing. The villa was just as expected and very clean compared to our last 2 stays in Bali. The washroom and showers were partly outdoors so you felt like you were immersed in nature. Breakfast and room service were available which I loved. The pool area was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!

It was just a bit south of central ubud so we had to take a grab every time to go eat in town and sometimes came across traffic. Nature sounds were very apparent at 5 am in the morning which woke us up. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Everything, was perfect again.
