Wonderful 2 weeks in Breckenridge
Property was great - clean, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located. Nice hot tub and plenty of room - only minor suggestions would be to upgrade bunk beds and put a king vs queen in master bedroom, as well as clean carpets / new bath mats. Thanks for a great place to call home base!

We loved the condo in Breckinridge! Our hosts thought of everything we would need to prepare meals — serving dishes, cooking utensils, crockpot, blender. The butler’s pantry was very well stocked. And they thought of all the extra comforts — a basket of towels by the door to use with the hot tub and several small blankets to wrap up in on those chilly mornings with coffee on the deck. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back soon! Thank you!

My only complaint was the hot tub was not working, and the issue wasn’t resolved before we left. This was one of the reasons we booked the property, so that was disappointing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is in need of some updates. The TVs are old and are not hooked up correctly- there is a Roku remote but no box, DVD player that is not hooked up, etc. The carpet is badly stained, the rugs looked like they have never been cleaned and the floor has a ton of scratches. There is not a great place to store coats, shoes, mittens, hats from the garage. It is a small inconvenience but was annoying considering we all were skiing. The hot tube was great and the beds were comfortable. The townhouse was spacious for 5 of us. Information about the shuttle was lacking (pick up)and the shuttle was broke down 2.5 days during our stay. The bus does run nearby but is a bit of a walk especially with two 4 year olds. The bus picks up on the top of the hour in the development and picks up at three locations on the 15 (beaver run) 18 (gondola) and 23 (by the river is what I was told but no idea where that is). Don’t try to call the number in the book as that is no longer used for the shuttle we were told. Overall it is a nice place and fit our families needs. A few updates would make this place really great!

Everything was as advertised. We discovered that power washing and painting were scheduled for during our stay, but the property manager was able to have the HOA postpone the activity until after our departure. Our only problem was the seasonal closure of our favorite Breckenridge restaurant!

Lots of amenities like a fully-stocked kitchen, newer appliances, comfortable beds (soft linens), good TVs. Plenty of bathrooms for group of 8. Mostly it was very well maintained except the grill starter and knobs weren’t working. Understandably, Covid practices required only emergency maintenance during stays. But we needed help when we smelled gas. They were very responsive. Nice neighborhood. Kids rode bikes around the neighborhood and on the nearby bike trail. Very clean except the two outside decks need to be swept and furniture cleaned of bird droppings. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the townhouse and had another fun trip to Breck.

What a great family friendly home beautiful property and even though it was a town house we felt like we had all the privacy in the world. We had two families of 4 and the location to Main Street and the lake was perfect.
