Since we made our own we were very satisfied

If the towel rack in one of the bathrooms had not fallen off the wall. If the hot water was working properly without making a call to fix as well as the bathroom drain. Had there been more than half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and NONE in the second All these things were rectified but we believe should never happened. You charge a cleaning fee which should include checking more carefully on folks you are paying.

Good location.

A bit expensive.

Nice place. Nice kitchen. Nice furnishings. Nice flooring. Affordability was great. Two bedrooms are convenient with sofa bed also. Fit 6 people. Beach supplies available for use. Lots of extra towels. Clean. Close to restaurants.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Was hard to find location of room without a map. Room is farthest one in the A building. Checked in to room at 9pm so it was hard to find at night. Wasn’t sure if there was reserved parking or if we could park wherever.

Great location just minutes from a good beach and restaurants.

Very dirty. Air conditioning couldn't keep the main room cool, nonetheless aid with keeping the bedrooms comfortable. The unit was not stocked with essentials. No trash bags, dishwasher soap, or laundry soap.

Closer to grocery store

There is no backup electricity, we have to live more than 18 hrs in dark without electricity. Fire alarm was annoying called customer service and it took more than 4 hrs to respond. There is no gym in the property. Called customer support for Elevator, they did not tell it exists on the property and I had to take all my suitcase to the fourth floor by stairs and after two days we discovered elevator is there. Management claims the ocean view but there is no such view. However the layout of apartment is nice, closer to grocery store. Hope customer support could be more interactive and helpful.
