Lovely host, nice clean double room with all facilities required for a few nights stay. Easy reach of the pleasure beach. Excellent Choice of breakfast from pancakes to a full English..

Breakfast was 8-9, limited parking spaces at £7.50 a night but . Had to park in nearby private car park.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable enough en suite room in a quiet location but close to the seafront and all of Blackpool's amenities, good breakfast in the morning

lovely couple of nights room 14 bed was so comfortable. lovely breakfast in the morning. Josh and Chris owners were very pleasant and helpful and Richard behind the bar lovely too.

All good really for what we needed. Host friendly and welcoming, very good cosy bar area, and breakfast room looked nice though we didnt get up in time for breakfast. Good value I think for price.

Some minor points not a major concern. Bathroom tiny but fine. Toilet needed a closer clean in my room but everywhere else was fine and clean. Breakfast a 1 hour slot from 8am to 9am but would have expected say 7/8am to 10am these days. Check out 10am but most hotels I go to are 11am these days.

Nothing personal, just that we were a far walk from what we had planned whilst in Blackpool so just the fact it was a little out the way if walking on foot everyday but perfect if visiting pleasure beach etc.

stayed here a few years back and was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms had been updated when I had booked again, rooms where clean and comfortable and the staff where friendly

We booked 2 double rooms 1 was an attic room,both showers were dirty,we felt quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel.

Clean, tidy room with comfy bed. Fabulous breakfast. Free parking was available on the road. Friendly helpful hosts. Good location for pleasure Beach and South shore.

Didn't dislike anything particularly. Shower was very small. No wardrobe, but decent hanging rails for a short stay. Bar wasn't available during our (out of season) stay, not a real issue though.

The staff were amazing and the breakfast was lovely. Very helpful and friendly would definitely be back there.
