Clean, modern and quiet

The TV is placed on the wrong wall by the bathroom, I kept bumping into the edge of TV hurting by arm. TV should be placed on the bigger section of wall over the Sofa couch or over the bed . The breakfast was not that great, a lot of the items were finished and not replaced.

The price and location and the bed was comfortable

We arrived around 1am and the kind man at the desk couldn’t access our reservation. He called booking.com and they were able to tell him. I did indeed pay for the trip but he was unable to access the software the hotel and booking use together. He did his best and was able to accommodate us but in the future the night front desk associate should have all of the tools needed to perform his job (passcode to software). The bathroom was also not clean. The towels were there but it did not look like anyone cleaned the surfaces or the shower and the soap was opened on the sink. The room was also extremely humid.

The staff all had smiles and hellos for everyone. We really like Louise at the morning breakfast. Polite and friendly.

One part of our room: small piece of baseboard fell off. I thought the hotel was fairly new.
