Very clean and tidy place. Designed at a very high level with a warm feeling. Thank you very much for being no less than excellent even when we came to stay for work. Excellent food at breakfast. We will definitely come back again.

I was satisfied with our stay. The room was great. The surrounding vineyards create a great atmosphere for a short walk. The 24H vending machine with chilled wines is great.

Pretty clean and modernised

Was missing some feel... I went to what I thought was the bar, which is also the reception wanting help with checking in. (there are no signs showing anything...) The clerk then to me that all the info I need is on the app and I could find it there. After I couldn't find it, she eventually helped me, but just directed me to the room. Very shallow and cold.

It is quite far away from the city, annoying in some aspects, but it guarantees some peace and quite (sans other guests, because you can hear pretty much everything from the other rooms). Was also quite impressed with the aesthetics of the property itself – there is undeniable atmosphere there. The quality of rooms is decent.

Quite far away from the city itself, but that could be considered also an advantage. The property has also English listed as a communication language, but the entirety of the correspondence and paperwork is solely in German, so you end up sitting a German exam – not a terrible problem for me, but also not something I would call a holiday activity.

While not directly in the city center, it's location close to the tram stop makes it a nice starting point for Linz city tours. Rooms were modern and simply equipped which was sufficient for a short time stay. Breakfast was delicious.

The room would use some extra free space. For two people with two suitcases, you find out soon it's just so so. The shower drain was clogged.

Lovely large rooms with fantastic bathroom, outside seating. Breakfast excellent with fresh oranges from sicilia and owner went to great effort to provide vegan options.

Everything, except the breakfast. It was very poor and not very diversified. It's ok for a one night stay, otherwise it would be better to eat out in town.

Beautiful room and surrounding. Fantastic breakfast. Very modern however still feeling warm. Netflix in room is a plus ;).
