Location is perfect. Host is great.

+ location: a good start base for getting around the town + quiet: the building is located on a busy street with shops on the ground floor, but no bars or restaurants open nearby in the late evening/night + host: friendly, helpful, and responsive; we received some Italian snacks as a gift + comfortable, modern and clean + most of the useful home utensils available + balcony and inner patio: large & both with furniture + bed: comfortable, clean; couch easy to unfold + comfortable bathroom, shower space big enough + bright interior (but blackout curtains available) + separate air-conditioning for bedroom and rest of the apartment + two bathrooms (although I think a larger kitchen instead would be more useful, see below)

- we assumed that this floor was a roof terrace in the past. The part of the staircase and the elevator entrance is now part of the apartment. Because of that floor plan, the kitchen is crumpled up between the patio entrance and the "living room". Having the mentioned elevator entrance inside the apartment felt awkward. It could be started by code, so in theory, no one can get it, but we didn't feel totally safe with this solution - kitchen counter too small to prepare a meal comfortably: you need to stack all the things around the sink and the kitchen plate. There was no oven. - the shared space relatively small for three people if the couch is unfolded - no awning/umbrella on the balcony: we couldn't use it when the sun was up, Sewilla is usually too hot for that - leaky faucet on the balcony, generally balcony was the only place that wasn't cleaned properly - patio could be better designed - fake plastic grass on the floor is not my thing. Considering the fact that the patio was in the shade for most of the day, putting some real plants would be nice (there are plants that don't require too much watering even in hot climates). There was also a constant, but fortunately low noise (I assume from the air conditioning fan), and when the wind was strong, some fragment of the metal sheet was also making some noise - the building facing the apartment balcony was rather worn-out, which you cannot see from the owner's Booking photos

Everything was perfect, host is very nice and helpful! Central location, very clean and private.

We could not have chosen a better place to stay than in Calma Suites! Very beautiful, very good location, close to everything you need and want to see. Great host!

Great location. Very close to Setas de Sevilla, and next door to Museo de Ilusiones, which was a success with kids.

Cheap parking (~20€/day) was a bit far away (other public parking are closer, but expensive), and it was a bit hard to get nearer to the apartment by car to leave luggage, so pack light. But again, great location.

Very comfortable bed. Very central location. Two very big balconies. Well equipped kitchen and also ironing boards etc. Very helpful staff.

The floors and basics were clean, but some spots weren't like some corners and shelves or the coffee machine for example still had pods from previous guests. Bath towels were a bit small.

A clean spacious penthouse with nice decor a comfortable bed and two bathrooms. the kitchen was well equipped and with two balconies it had everything needed for a lovely trip to Seville. Just a five minute walk to Plaza Nueva and the cathedral and close to shops and good places to eat. i would definitely stay here again (and I have stayed in other places in Seville so can compare).

Everything was fine! The owner checked in regularly to see if everything was ok. The place was clean, comfortable and well placed.

The only minor detail was that the shower fluid was empty and the shampoo did not smell very good.

Darling decor, clean & modern. The location is perfect. Owners are just lovely, super friendly and helpful. My son stayed here the previous week as well, also had a live experience.

Prestigious suite with lift access opening directly to the apartment. It's like a bachor's pad with all the required facilities. 1 huge balcony and a terrace on the other side. Simply amazing facilities.. you have to see it for yourself. Given that we only have 1 day in seville, we still decided to stay in the suites to enjoy our breakfast instead of heading out early. Location was perfect. Walking distance 10-15mins to centre! Mario provided excellent hospitality even though it was just a night stay here. He constantly checked on us to see if everything was good. From 1 week before arrival till the day of departure. He even took the extra mile to go to the restaurant and personally tell the staff of our reservation. The price of the apartment was excellent and totally worth every cent. Definitely more than a 10/10
