The keys and code were all arranged and communicated in advance on Booking and on WhatsApp/text on our arrival. Our only minor problem was locating the post/lockbox initially, which was probably a minor language issue in the specifics of the box location, though we were happy to get instructions in English. An ideal place to stay that’s accessible to historic areas and right next to the modern Confluence mall and shops. Perfect for a foodie/gastronomic visit across Lyon. Travel to Part Dieu rail station was easy by tram and taxi, and getting around was easy enough that we dropped our planned use of a rental car during our stay.

Bright apartment, excellent facilities, great location by the water, shops and restaurants nearby. Host was really helpful and on hand for any queries or questions. We stayed for roughly 6 weeks (except weekends).

The apartment was a little hot with all the sunshine during the heatwave experienced at the time. We recommended to Alain to buy a second fan. The parking garage is for a small car. We did though park at the back of the building without any problems.

A recreation apartment should be equipped with A/C that works. It was very uncomfortable. Also the owner's "advice" to keep windows open during the night means that 05:00 am the sun wakes you up.

Location close to restaurants en shopping mall, practical and nicely decorated small apartment.

A bit of noise later in the evening from people inside and outside the building, apartment was quite warm due to airco (also dry air) and takes quite some time to get hot water from shower (1 minute).

The host gave very clear directions to the apartment and indoor car park. Small but complete apartment, great for short stay in Lyon.

In a great location. Perfect size for our group - travelled with my wife and daughter. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with through the booking.com app.

No issues. However, although the sofa bed is a double I imagine the property might have felt a little small with four adults.

Parking wasn’t that practical

Great apartment right in the heart of the city. 15 min walk to the old town, 20 min to the city centre with the Hôtel de Ville. Good amenities and a very charming balcony with a view on the river. Parking on-site, for free. Some restaurants and shops are in the vicinity. The apartment isn't large, but space is very efficiently used.
