Wir haben kürzlich die gesamte Wohnung einschließlich aller neuen Geräte überarbeitet. Diese neue, voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, um eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten oder Snacks für den Strand zuzubereiten. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Flachbild-TV. Mit zwei Queensize-Betten können wir vier Personen bequem unterbringen. First time staying here! It was a short walk to the beach, we didn’t even have to rent a golf cart! This would be great for a family because they had a park, pool and a tennis court. Security was present to get into the entrance which we appreciate. It had everything we needed.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3, great location, clean, full kitchen so we could cook our own meals. Perfect.

The lovely little studio condo that fit our family of four wonderfully. It is the beach so it is hard to keep the floors clean with constant sand but we just wore our flip flops and it was fine. The bathroom was clean and nicely updated as well as the kitchen area. The back porch was great to have to sit outside and to have a place for wet swimsuits/towels to dry out. It is really close to the boardwalk that goes over the dunes to the beach as well as the outdoor shower/foot rinsing area that I used to rinse swimsuits & toys. We will be booking again next time we plan to go to the beach!

Great Port A vacation staging area. Updated condo very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Lower floor made it easy to unload and load up the car during check in and check out. Very clean condo with plenty of lighting, very nice kitchen and bathroom. Gave 4 star rating only because their were no washcloths available and my wife snubbing her toe on the short footboard bed post leading to the bathroom. I had to move the luggage stand and small end table to make the walkway wider. Overall 5 stars if not for those 2 issues.

Great location! Small view of the water from the open patio. Quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. We stayed a week and worked from the condo and the fast reliable Wi-Fi was appreciated. Perfect for two people and would love to stay again!

Cute, clean, and fantastic location! Check in process was flawless. The boardwalk to the beach is a sweet, short walk, and drops you in the middle of that stretch of beach. Overall, a fantastic place! I’d stay here again in a quick second.

The apartment smelled like mold, there were fire ants on the back porch, the no slip grips on the board walk were coming off and there were grass burrs everywhere. My daughter's stroller was covered in them after walking down to the beach. I ended up booking a hotel in Corpus and didn't stay. Management did refund one night. I was extremely excited to stay here and ended up extremely disappointed. Definitely more run-down than the pictures would lead you to believe

While the overall quality of the property was okay, there were a lot of details that hindered our enjoyment of the stay. My bed had a distinct downward slant to one side, which is not good for the back. The bathroom had zero washcloths and a thick layer of dead bugs in the overhead light fixture/vent fan. And the kitchen had no potholders and, worst of all, food-encrusted flatware was in the drawer and dirty dishes and greasy pans had been put away in the cabinets. This is my second time staying in an Island Retreat property where either maintenance or housekeeping was inadequate, so I will be going elsewhere in the future.

It was a nice location with nice people. Did have some issues with the room though. Some of the lights didnt work so made it hard to see at times. As well trying to watch tv late at night or early morning. Couldnt find anything for the kids to to keep them happy. But besides that not a bad location, very close to the ocean and nice view from the room we stayed in.

The location is perfect, however the unit could use some new bedding especially sheets. As I was pulling up my sheet I found blood stains in the top right corner as if someone has had a nosebleed and stained the sheets. The sheets also felt scratchy and not comfortable. We also noticed that there was a panty liner tape stuck to the bed frame of the bed. None of us was willing to take it off and throw it away so it remained there and was a joke for the duration of our trip. Most rentals I’ve stayed in has a few spices sun as salt and pepper but this unit had none. Totally not the owners fault but…. One reason we rented here was to be close to the walkway to the beach but when we went outside it was closed! Again not the owners fault but the people above us made noise moving furniture ALL night long. We got very little sleep! This was an inexpensive and quick trip so I was expecting it to be perfect. It was okay. I think new sheets and a little deep cleaning would go along way.

My family really enjoyed our stay, even with less than ideal weather. The condo was updated, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the ease of the short walk through the dunes to the beach. The property is updating the tennis courts and the playground, so those weren't available to us, but we look forward to using those amenities in the future. We would love to visit again soon.

The condo is lovely! There were several lights out so hopefully they will replace those soon, but we did not stay in the condo much, so it wasn’t a problem for us. The location could not be better for beach access!

Room was perfect and clean. Would recommend staying here. But if you want an ocean view don't stay on 1 floor. The only problem we had was on the day we left. We were approved for a late check out of 12:00 and at 9:45 some other guest was opening our door and walking in.

We had a wonderful trip and the condo was beautiful & extremely clean. We ended staying an additional day. Painting on outside of building was being done while there and we're not able to use outside patio during day. The beach is beautiful & so clean. We will be returning ASAP.

Lovely location and nice condo. Helpful staff. Main complaint was how filthy with pet hair and smell. One of the two beds was really bad and the mattress needs to be replaced. Also if you let guests stay longer then reset the locks so they do t get locked out like me we did.

This was a return stay, as I have stayed here before. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. My personal fave is sitting out on the patio reading and enjoying the sun and the sound of the waves. Best part is that, because the condo is pet-friendly, I can enjoy with my furry family members.
