Overall the property was great and perfect spot to drive 15 minutes to Caldwell or Boise. The only complaint is some light were out in the front. Checking in late was a little hard to see. Other than that, I would recommend staying here

The home is nice and clean. The backyard is nice as is the patio. It is located near stores and restaurants. The reason for the 4 stars is because the shower in the master bathroom did not work. The water does not turn on. I don't know if Joe was aware of this or not but I have not heard back from him since I let him know. If it gets fixed I recommend staying here.

Overall, great value for the nightly price we paid. Nice neighborhood, easily walkable and within a short drive to supermarkets, dining, activities, etc. Communication with hosts was great and timely. No issues there. I think the property itself just needs a little TLC, but overall great value and comfortable!

The house is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. However, the wifi in the living room was very weak so I was unable to watch local television or any of the streaming service.
Aside from the internet issue I was pleased with my stay.

House was everything 3 of us needed while being in town. We didn't need much other than a bed and what we did need, was available. Only complaint would probably be on me and not the property but to access the TV you need to have accounts with streaming or live TV accounts and know how to access them. This was probably user error as I am tech illiterate. Great house and great process and communication with the owner.

Clean, easy check-in, and excellent experience overall. Also minimal check out instructions and very soft beds! Definitely would stay again.

It was a great experience from checking in to checking out. The beds were comfortable and the showers were always hot. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find. I will definitely check to see if this property is available before looking else where. Thank you

The property was very well located within reasonable distance to attractions and shopping. It was clean (except for the BBQ).
The price was very reasonable for a 3 bedroom home. Ours was a 10 day stay which was a bit awkward since there are no drawers for clothing storage, and the decor is rather sparse. There are two very nice big TV's, however the one in the family room had routine connection issues.
Overall we were pleased with our stay.
