We have spent 2 weeks in Kristy’s Neverland villa and it has been absolutely perfect. It is truely a home from home, brilliantly equipped (everything you could possibly need). It was really clean which is super important to us. Plenty of space to relax and wind down after a day in the park. Location is fantastic - very close to Disney and straight forward drive for universal. The laundry room was such a bonus meaning we can wash and dry our clothing throughout our stay. Games room offers plenty for a while family. Pool area is spacious and accommodating for large groups, we ate outside most evenings. The pool heating and hot tub being included was a real bonus. Kristy’s communication before during and after the stay is fantastic. We would certainly look to stay again when returning to Florida. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at Neverland property! It had absolutely everything we needed! Especially lots of towels which I feel you go through with so many people! Upon checking in our door code wouldn't work. The property manager gave us a new one and had us in right away! Kristy is excellent to communicate with and keeps you updated each step of your booking and vacation process!! I would definitely stay here again! Or try one of her other themed homes! It was truly magical!

We had a fantastic visit at Neverland, this home was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for our trip. Honestly, one of the most well stocked homes I've ever rented. The pool was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Our grandkids wanted to "stay here forever" lol. Kristy went above and beyond, was extremely helpful and we would HIGHLY recommend this home. The community was also very nice-- and super close to the Disney parks--will be back!

This is a great house in Windsor Hills. Very much as advertised and the host comms was fabulous. We had a great time. As a bigger family we would have really appreciate a few more knives and forks and dishes. We like to cook! Altogether though we would recommend and the double washer and drier was a dream

The house was just like the pictures. The kids loved the pool and the game room. There was plenty of room to spread out and enough bathrooms for all 10 of us. It was close to Disney, stores, groceries, etc. The grandkids loved the castle park which was just a short stroll. Kristy was always easy to contact and responded promptly. The house and location were both perfect for us. Our grandkids, ages 1 to 10, were very happy and have asked to come back next year. The house was clean and nice, but not so nice that we were afraid to touch things. It was perfect for our group of 10 and very homey. We would definitely come back.

this house has lots of space! kids loved the game room and the two living rooms were very helpful when the adults wanted to watch something different from the kids. Some of the furniture could use some updating, particularly in the downstairs bedroom, but it was functional. House was very well equipped and clean. I recommend bringing kitchen wrap, foil, salt and pepper, oil, but other than that everything was there that we needed. !!! We will definitely stay here again if our travel plans, bring us back to Disney! I highly recommend this property

Plenty of space to spread out, and the 10 of us fit quite nicely. We would definitely recommend Neverland to any family looking for a comfy home base on your next Orlando adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Windsor Hills Neverland property. This is a fantastic home, very comfortable for our family of ten, extremely well equipped with many kitchen appliances, pool towels and accessories as well as a fantastic "game room". Kristy is a wonderful host and worked closely with us prior to our visit to accommodate our needs and requests. The proximity to the Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Disney Springs simply could not be more convenient. We stayed for 16 days and just had the best time possible and could not have designed a better accommodation. We highly recommend "Neverland" to anyone visiting the Orlando/Disney/Universal area.

We loved staying here! It was plenty of room for two families (6 children) and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved having access to two washers and dryers. Windsor Hills is a great location from Disney and and quick drive to Universal. I think my youngest daughter preferred the days we stayed away from the parks and just swam in the pool. Overall, it was a great trip and I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place for the whole family! Kids and adults alike both spent plenty of time in the game room and pool. A little hot tub soak was so appreciated after a long day of amusement park activities.

Great place for family vacation. Our family are frequent guest of Disney. We planned a last minute trip to attend to the Disney Halloween party. So options were limited when we started looking. We found Kristy in a Facebook group and she immediately responded with availablity and was a pleasure to work with. This was our first time staying in Windor Hills. We loved it. The proximity to all the Disney Parks is great. There were plenty of options for shopping and resturants within a couple of miles. When we checked in, the house was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. Our family easily spread out and had our own space as the house was large enough to easily accomodate our family of 6. We did have a couple of issues during our stay, one with a game and another with the kitchen sink. We reached out and Kristy quick responded and got in contact with the local propery manager who came quickly and resolved the issues. The theming of the house was great. We have a daughter who loves Tinkerbell, so the Tinkerbell room was the only place she even considered sleeping. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would definately stay here again.

Six adults and six kids ranging from 11 to 4 years old stayed for a week. Six bedrooms slept every one comfortably and the living areas were spacious and comfy. Pool area and game room were big hits with the kids and everyone had an excellent week in Orlando. Location is convenient to parks and necessities. Would stay here again on a return trip.

-Could have been cleaner - hairs in shower, black mould in showers, water marks on shower doors, tiles and mirrors etc
-Ceiling fans in some of the bedrooms rather than aircon. We knew this before we went. There was a heatwave and the upstairs aircon broke so we were sweltering over night one night. No one’s fault and owners ensured it got fixed promptly the next day.
-Aircon was really noisy - not sure if this is the case with all air cons.
-curtains in master bedroom didn’t meet. There were blinds too but if you are trying to sleep once the sun came up, it was really bright.
-It would have been useful if the management team (rather than the owner) had contacted us after check in to make contact , to check everything was ok and so we had their details saved. We didn’t hear from the property management at all during our stay. Great communication from the property owner though.
-The property was described as ‘all new’ so I would have expected less wear and tear.

The Neverland house was magnificent. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 10 to stay. We all really loved the private pool, outdoor area and game room.This house is so close to all Disney attractions, and shopping and was very easy to get to from this house.The gated entrance wasa great extra sense of security during our stay.The main pool/water slides and clubhouse were great fun for all ages.The house and grounds were all well kept. Kristy was so helpful with everything. Thanks.In the future we will be checking back into this same house again for a vacation stay.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our family vacation!

Honestly there isn’t anything that we were disappointed with. Every thing that was listed was just as stated. If I would recommend one thing that would be to have an on-site BBQ. Other than missing the BBQ which we found out later could have been rented we had an excellent stay!

Lovely home, large enough to accommodate my family of eight. We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely with the park and playground and the community pool and water park was great fun. The pool and hot tub on property and the game room was also enjoyed by all of us. Home has a few issues as all rental properties probably do, manager was quick to respond when our dishwasher had difficulties.

Everything I anticipated was here. Our family had so much fun! There was plenty of room for all and the house was just as presented on the web site. Our host answered all of our questions quickly and even had a few surprises for us! The house was very clean and when we got there the cleaning service had some fun things done to make us smile! We loved that the worry about getting dish soap, paper products initially was taken off of us and we had enough to get by and enjoy the house right away. The pool was fantastic, warm and clean. The community pool was also AMAZING! The only downside, is that the check-out is so early at 10 a.m. especially if your flight is later. We will definitely consider staying at one of these properties again next year when we return, we made some amazing memories there!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Location was excellent - easy access to all the places we wanted to go. Wonderful pool and hot tub for relaxing between the hustle and bustle of the parks. The kids loved the theme rooms, though they are too young for Star Wars and didn't use the Darth Vader room. The game room was a hit for everyone. It was a great place to bring the whole family together - plenty of room for everyone. Our hosts were excellent giving us all the information we needed and keeping communication open at all times.

The help at Budget rental car could have been a little bit happier (2 1/2 hrs in line for a vehicle we secured two months earlier) The house was very nice and the parks were clean and the staff was very friendly. The house was very clean and accommodating! Decor was perfect! Felt like we were staying on Disney property. In fact, this was the first time we did not stay on Disney property and we were pleasantly surprised. Drive time from airport was 45 mins and from auto train was 1 hour. Very “safe” home in a secure gated community. Our family of seven was very comfortable (beds too). The game room and pool area were great…hot tub especially nice after a long day at the park! Approximately 15-20 mins to any of the Disney parks and Disney Springs. Great communication between owner and local staff. Two sets of washers/dryers which was awesome so laundry doesn’t build up. We will definitely recommend and re-book!

Best Disney Vacation!
My family of 7 has always stayed on-property for our Disney trips. However, as the kids are getting older (and bigger), we decided to try renting a house. It was the best Disney vacation we had and this house was definitely the reason why! Being so close to the parks allowed us to come and go on our schedule. The pool & game room provided hours (ok, days) of fun for everyone,. The house layout is perfect, allowing us to be together or apart with ease. And of course, the themed rooms were an absolute delight to the kids. We are already looking forward to our next trip and will definitely look at this or another one of the properties!

Beautiful comfortable home
This home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It’s also in a gated community so we felt safe. Also, this home is close to Disney Parks. Communication with owner and property manager was good. Nice house with a lot of room
Nice house, they provided basically everything. All 6 bedrooms were nice and 4 full bathrooms excellent. Room for everyone. Game room was an added bonus. I would rent this house again.

Would Stay Here Again in a Heartbeat!
This property was absolutely perfect for our stay! We had two sets of grandparents, an aunt, and two small children with my husband and me, and this house fit all our needs. Our girls loved the Tinkerbell room, and the other bedrooms were comfortable. The family spaces were big enough for us to hang out in together, and the dining spaces were large enough too, which was a huge plus for us. The safety features, including the back door alarm and pool fence, helped me have a peace of mind, and the game room garage was so much fun! The racing games were a huge hit with our family. The property manager was super prompt and personable with replies, and owner was pleasant in all our correspondences. We would stay here again a thousand times over. My girls ask all the time when we are going back to the “Tinkerbell House”.
