the view was amazing and it was clean and perfectly situated from a convenience standpoint

the water was a little tricky to get warm and the front door was tricky to get in as well other than that the unit was spectacular

Loud music during evenings from boats and especially the bar at the marina. Way too loud, especially on a Sunday evening.

We liked it very much. We slept very well in this apartment. The view from the balcony was great. Apartment is full of useful small things.

The water temperature in the shower is hard to control.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Fajardo and had an amazing experience. The balcony view was absolutely stunning and made for a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring the area. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained, and provided all of the essentials that we needed during our stay. The owner of the apartment was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Her hospitality made us feel right at home and added to the overall experience of our trip. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in Fajardo. The amazing balcony view, combined with the clean and well-equipped apartment and the wonderful hospitality of the owner, made for a truly memorable experience.

The location is a little random, but if you have a car, it works.

A very nicely appointed and updated studio. We were able to have our family of 4 stay here. It was a little tight, but we made it work. The A/C and shower were nice.

It is a little tight for 4 people, and the windows don’t keep out much sound. When we stayed there was some live music at a bar across the way which we heard quite well.

The views were amazing and absolutely worth it all!! When we walked in the place looked well kept, updated, clean and cozy, yet modern. The owners had notes in many places to help you understand things. They also sent very detailed messages to help us get into the building etc. The bed was comfortable and my daughter was able to sleep on the futon which was great. I absolutely loved hearing the sound of the ocean and the patio furniture on the balcony was so relaxing and comfortable. There’s a nice little kitchen setup and the tv and fans worked great. There is also A/C but we didn’t have to turn it on because the fans work so well. We also really like the location. It was close to our bio bay tours and to our Icacos Island trip. This was the best of our 3 places that we stayed. We absolutely loved it!!

The water in the shower does not go down quickly just because there isn’t enough of a slope towards the drain but it was totally ok. We just used the squeegee afterwards to send the water down the drain.

The location was amazing. Very close to El Yunque and the Ceiba ferry. Beautiful views and surroundings.. very safe!

There was nothing not to like.

the apartment is very clean neat and cozy. the instructions to get in couldn’t be more easy. the owner was on point with communication recommendations and all.

not good if you like to sleep in the windows so bright and by 5am it’s so bright I couldn’t sleep if I wanted too but not fault of anyone but the Beaty of the nature

The location was driving distance to many activities in Fajardo. beautiful views of the harbor. 24 security. easy parking.

the check-in process was very stressful as no details about how to get on to and into the property were provided in advance. host could not accommodate an early check in so we did activities in the daytime before arriving at the property. stated check in time is between 4-5pm but we did not get any notification from the host as to when the apartment would be ready. we contacted the host at 4pm that we had arrived but then had to wait outside the property in our car for another 20 mins until we finally received several pages of detailed information over text about the check in process. much of this info could have been provided earlier to make the check in process smoother and less stressful. inside the apartment there were dozens of little notes from the host everywhere with rules, instructions and restrictions. a book containing all of the property’s do’s and don’t’s in one place would have been more useful and less intrusive. the totality of the notes made me feel like I had a passive aggressive roommate.
