Jeder Tag am Strand ist ein guter Tag. Meere der Tag!
Unser Haus liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand oder einigen lokalen Lieblingsrestaurants entfernt. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Sitzecke und Zugang zum Balkon, der von einer lebenden Eiche mit Feuerstelle im Freien überdacht wird. Das Gästezimmer 1 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein Kinderbett und einen Fernseher. Das Gästezimmer 2 verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und einen Fernseher. Das Gästezimmer 3 ist kein komplettes Schlafzimmer, sondern verfügt über ein Etagenbett und ein Jugendbett. Alle Gästezimmer teilen sich ein Flurbad mit kombinierter Dusche / Wanne. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt genug Schlafraum für 6 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern. Wir haben auch ein zusätzliches Zustellbett für einen zusätzlichen Gast bereitgestellt. Das Parken ist auf zwei Autos oder drei kleine Fahrzeuge beschränkt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Elektroherd, Kochfeld, Toaster, Mixer, Geschirr und einer Tropf- und Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt ein großes Familienzimmer mit einem großen Fernseher und einem Tischfußball, der zum Essbereich offen ist. Es gibt einen separaten Höhlen- und Küchenbereich neben der Küche.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, close to the beach and to several of our favorite restaurants. The large kitchen was wonderful & had all the pots/pans/etc we needed to prepare some meals. The family loved the air hockey table, playing the Wii, doing puzzles around the dining table, and playing guitar on the screened in porch. We'd love to come back when it's not so hot and enjoy more time in the lovely outdoor spaces. Bedrooms & bathrooms were nice. So great having the crib for our grand baby too!

Seas the Day was a PERFECT vacation home for my family. Our adult kids and spouses, and our adult single kids traveled from Ohio, California, and Jacksonville, FL to meet for an incredible reunion at the beach. We were a party of 8 adults and one toddler. The house was beautiful and so spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of sitting space to be all together. We cooked together, played games and shared lots of memories and great laughs. The house is updated and so comfortable. The hosts have stocked it with all essentials. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. It just doesn’t get much better! We hope to make this an annual event at Seas the Day!

Fine, but there was some miscommunication with the property management about the rental and check in instructions. We had to do more than than our last experiences with using VRBO.

Spacious Rooms and Near Shops & Beach
We were a family of six with four young adults visiting GA for a family wedding. The house has a great flow and layout. All bedrooms are upstairs and the living areas with kitchen are on the first floor. There is a cozy enclosed porch with plenty of seating. A large living room with comfy furniture and an air hockey table (lots of fun). Plenty of seating and prep room in the kitchen area. Beautiful balcony off the primary bedroom. The house has a warm welcoming feel. It is also near shops and the beach which makes for a great location. The house has a nice pebbled space for parking off the street for one to two cars. I highly recommend this home as a rental; it's a very accommodating space for a large group.

Our whole family stayed here for a wedding at King and Prince. It was a perfect location and house for the weekend. Several showers and lots of warm water for us all to get ready. The house was very clean.

My husband and I, my husband’s brother and sister-in-law and her sister really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach and close to the Village. Backing up to the brewery was a bonus. Weather was rainy and cold (to be expected in February). Will definitely be back and recommend this house.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Check in was very easy, as was check out. The house was clean, well stocked (kitchen) and well represented online. It was in an ideal location- 2 blocks to the beach and 1 mile from the main village. Shopping for groceries was close enough. Nothing negative to say! Thanks so much!

This property is great. Close to everything and less than a 2 min walk to the beach.
Owner checked-in with me to ensure everything was going well. Nice to be treated right.

Phenomenal experience at St Simons!
We loved our stay! This gorgeous home is located a block from the Crab Trap, the King & Prince, and the beach. The drive to the pier was only a few minutes. Our large extended family had plenty of room and felt very comfortable in the home. We could not have been more pleased! We will be back for sure!

The property is comfortable and well equipped
There were 9 of us women staying for the weekend. Had the best time because the place is well equipped and clean. It is within a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were all comfortable sleeping and had no issues when it came time to get ready to go out. The owner was super responsive to the few questions we had. Could not have asked for more!

We loved the house- foosball table inside and we brought cornhole for the courtyard. Spacious master bed and bath, lovely kitchen, well stocked. Great conversation/game spaces in beautiful family room.

This house made my trip amazing! Absolutely perfect location! Also the the front courtyard was so great for my family to grill and enjoy the summer air! I honestly couldn’t have asked for more ! And the house is actually way bigger than the pictures even depict!

Best house ever
I vacation a lot and rent a lot of houses. This house is far from the best. I stayed here every year but once I found this house a couple years ago I stay NO WHERE else and never disappointed by it. The location is amazing..

Great location, beautiful home and very comfortable. Our family and friends enjoyed our stay tremendously and would highly recommend it to others. The outside of the home needs a little TLC but the inside is gorgeous and is stocked with everything we needed! We hope to be back again.

Perfect getaway
The only problem we had staying here was having to leave!!! Everyone loved this property. I loved the way we heard a "gasp" when our family walked into the house. It's cozy yet has a large open concept for entertaining inside and outside in the courtyard. We turned on the outdoor wall fountain and enjoyed the sound of the running water as we sat around the comfortable outdoor lounge chairs. There is an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The house comes with plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella along with the carrier to wheel it all to the best spot on the beach. Linda was easy to communicate with and made this rental easy.

This home is spacious and clean with plenty of room for the seven of us to eat, sleep, and bathe comfortably. It is well decorated and just a two-minute walk to the beach and the Crab Trap, our family must-eat-at-restaurant. Communicating with the owners was easy, and it was easy to access entry to the house once we arrived. Very nice washer/dryer for extended stays. The kitchen is huge as is the master suite area, a nice retreat. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this home. It was very spacious which was great when you have children. It was clean and the home was equipped with all the cooking, living, and beach necessities needed to accommodate us. We would all highly recommend this home to anyone who has kids. It was within walking distance to restaurants, beach, and park. We really loved our stay!
