Piccolo ma funzionale e pulitissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente (stoviglie, pentole, posate, tagliere - manca solo scolapasta). Bagno spazioso e finestrato. Posizione perfetta: 10 min a piedi per arrivare in una spiaggia libera con pineta, 10 min dal centro città. Utile e comodo il patio esterno che affaccia sul giardino, zona residenziale super tranquilla. Apprezzata l'aria condizionata. Proprietari gentili e disponibili nonostante la barriera linguistica.

Il monolocale è piccolino, c'è poco spazio nell'armadio, ma a noi è comunque bastato per riporre i vestiti di 2 persone per 1 settimana. C'è solo una forte luce principale in camera, sarebbe stato comodissimo avere una abatjour o piccola luce sul comodino. I proprietari non parlano inglese, solo tedesco e croato.

It can become pretty noisy if you have the first floor apartment and there is a larger group renting out the second floor apartment

the host was very nice and approchable and the communication was very easy. Everything was very clean and the beds are excellent. It is a quiet area, away from the main street (we could really be at peace).

Although the wifi is good inside the facility, the signal gets very weak once you are outside on the terrace in front of the appartment. There is a TV in the room, but we could not find any channels to watch, only radio was available. There are no lamps next to the bed, this would be quite useful. We could not park in the yard in front of the house, but had to use the parking lot close to the house. This was free of charge, but other cars could park in the yard of the house even though they arrived a day after us. We found that this was not alright.

A big enough place for the whole family !! And a super super host !!
