Eine sehr gute Alternative zu Hotels. Das Haus ist einen Block vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus hat 2 Einheiten: Erdgeschoss und 2. + 3. Etage, die voneinander getrennt sind. Die Gäste können das Erdgeschoss (erste Etage) dieses 3-stöckigen Hauses nutzen. Der Eingang befindet sich an der Seite des Hauses mit einer Auffahrt. Zweiter und dritter Stock sind separate Einheiten / Adresse. Veranda hat freie Sicht auf den Strand. Internet / Wifi ist vorhanden. Platz für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Ein Queen-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der Eigentümer ist vor Ort verfügbar und kann jederzeit kontaktiert werden. Parkplatz inbegriffen. Die Innenstadt von Jacksonville Beach, der Seawalk-Pavillon und zahlreiche Strandbars sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Location was perfect!! Just a few steps from the beach. This unit was perfect for just the two of us.
The only thing that was a little annoying was you could hear the people above us and it sounded like they were constantly walking around. That’s minor compared to location!!

We loved EVERYTHING above this property: perfectly decorated,spacious,relaxing apartment within a quiet neighborhood close to the beautiful beach,family restaurants, parks,and shops. Very comfortable bed,well stocked kitchen, beach supplies available and lovely outdoor space. Highly recommend this vacation apartment!!

We’ve stayed here twice now. Simple charm, clean, great proximity to the beach and restaurants! Plus they provide beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for you. Don’t hesitant, rent it!

Such a great little place….Location was absolutely perfect..grocery store, liquor store only blocks away…being able to park right by the front door omg…so convenient..seeing the ocean from the front room was just awesome….this place is very clean and I would definitely stay again..
I should mention this rental also has an upper floor that’s rented..You can hear the upper tenants walk etc., no biggie..just wanted to mention..

The perfect location for beach lovers. This apartment was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Rene was incredibly responsive to questions and helpful in acquainting me with the area. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. I loved it so much I booked again for next year!

This was the perfect vacation spot for us. We loved being able to sit on the deck with our morning coffee then walk to the b arch so easily. We didn’t need a thing.

The rental was clean and well-stocked for the needs of two guests. It included all beach needs like chairs, umbrella, and even beach towels and a bag. Bring your own cooler and water bottles for beach. The bed was quite comfortable. The apartment is cleverly decorated with bright colors and a light, casual beach theme. This is an exceptional value for being so close to the ocean.

Overall the rental was nice. Beach access across the street and restaurants/bars a few blocks away by the pier, Atlantic Beach is 10 mins away as well with more restaurants.
However it does get noisy between 1-2am as the bars close. Inside the unit the bed frame squeaks terribly loud with the slightest movement. The pullout sofa mattress was terrible, you could feel the frame through the mattress (recommend replacing it). An extra blanket for sofa bed and some beach towels would have been nice to have as well.

The property was exactly as pictured. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy, and we really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that are available for use. It was so clean, easy to access, good location, and good value. The mattress wasn’t my favorite, to be honest, but that’s just personal preference. We had no complaints about our stay and will definitely be back next year. This place is really taken care of, and the upstairs noise traffic wasn’t anything crazy like I read in other reviews.

Loved how easy the door locked worked. The bedroom TV was too difficult for us to understand how to stream, but the main TV was fine. Kudos to the cleaning staff because it was well done! Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well appointed too.

Really not a place to sit down and eat as there is a small eat at counter, but the stools are way to low to be usable. Freshly painted which nicely covers the apparent past wear. It's apparent the unit is a somewhat work in progress and on it's way to be a wonderful destination. Great off street parking and wonderful deck with great views of the Atlantic. Deck, parking and how clean it is makes it a definite spot for us to rent in the future.

What a great vacation in Jax Beach!
As advertised! Lovely beach house really close to the ocean! The unit was clean and close to restaurants and clubs.

I love that the house was clean and inviting, the owner wants guests to feel at home on his property and it shows in the details. We were close to many restaurants and clubs but I must confess that I rarely went anywhere other than the beach right across the street. I will make every effort to stay on this property again when I return next year.
