Great Property

They thought of everything, house was as pictured. You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I stayed here over three wonderful days of Labor Day weekend. Communication with the host was excellent, the property was as described and all the starter items were provided and then some to have an excellent mini vacation. Beach chairs and cooler was perfect for the quick walk up the the path to the beach. The property is located away from the public beach access so you get your pick of the sand! Bed in the main bedroom is nice and comfy, property is nicely decorated and very clean! Overall a 5+ star stay and would go back in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed booking this property!

Could not have asked for a more relaxing, convenient and comfortable stay. Beautiful accommodations just steps from the ocean - with a fabulous pool to boot!

Overall nice stay. Good location, easy beach access, quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that the property was very buggy- inside and out….. And I’m a Floridian, so I understand that a certain amount of bugs can be expected, but there were ants, and some sort of flying ant/wasp looking bugs in the house. One morning I woke up to a newly spun spider web from the coffee make to my coffee cup. I would recommend routine professional exterminator. Other than that it was a good stay. The house came equipped with everything needed.

Loved our stay. It is a short walk to the beach and the pictures are exactly what you see. Loved the town and the host answered all our questions quickly.

My annual girls weekend trip and we absolutely loved this house. It was just right for the 4 of house. We loved the privacy in the backyard and the little pool. Contact with the owners was AMAZING. We even got to share in the full moon on Sunday at the beach. Definitely would stay here again for a quiet weekend or time away from home. Thank you!!!

Our 2nd lovely visit to this home. We enjoy the heated pool and are pleased to find a 2 bedroom that has a heated pool that is not a condo. Also the hosts take their properties and their guests seriously and are prompt and gracious.

This was our first time in the area and we loved everything about it. The house was extremely clean and the location was great in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to all St. Augustine has to offer. Would definitely choose this property again.

We visited St. Augustine for spring break with two school-age children. The house was just as it was listed! On a quiet street, a quick walk to the beach, well stocked with everything we needed. We did use the heat for the pool, since the nights were still cool, which helped make the pool warm enough for even my husband to swim at least twice! St. Augustine is a cute area with lots to do and we'd definitely come back again!

It was our first time in Vilano Beach and the first time we rented in this lovely house. The location is at the end of the street in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Because of the cool weather, the fire pit was used most nights. We were aware of the charge for heating the pool so no surprises there! The path that leads to the beach is passable but once you cross the road, the trail to the beach became impassable due to hurricane damage.That was disappointing! The other important thing to mention is the communication with the hosts was excellent. We had a few glitches but they were taken care of immediately. Overall, this is a house that I would rent again.

This is happening fantastic home. My husband and I enjoyed everything about the place. It was very clean and cozy and a great neighborhood. The Christmas tree was an added bonus. I highly recommend this house.

Traveled to Florida in early December with my wife and son. 70-78 degree weather every day. House was very well taken care of. It is a couple hundred feet from the beach and three restaurants overlooking water within 2-3 minute drives. Grocery store a 5 minute drive and only 10 minutes or so from downtown St Augustine. Owner was extremely responsive and had the house supplied with kids toys as well. It was well worth paying extra to have the pool heated. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Location. Weather was incredible. Great to go to the beach and walk back and just chill in the pool and listen to music. So relaxing and refreshing. Will come again.

This was the perfect property for a safe and relaxing getaway. The proximity to the beach was amazing (less than 2 minutes of a walk) and having a private pool was amazing for my family and I to enjoy. The home was cozy and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming! We cannot wait to be back!

Great beach house for our family of 4. Very clean and pool was a hit with the kids. Only a couple of minor issues but not a show stopper... We would certainly re-book this property on our next visit to Vilano Beach!

The host were easy to work with, the location was excellent. A1A was beside the bungalow, but you could hardly hear it. The house was clean and the surrounding area was family friendly.

Such a great home and wonderful location by the beach! We really appreciated how kind the owners were and how well they worked with us. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and convenient to the beach and St Augustine. It was also very nice to sit outside by the pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! The backyard oasis was our favorite part, and the pool was perfect for our family to enjoy! The proximity to the beach was great, and the house was extremely clean and well appointed. The owner was very responsive to all questions we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was very clean. Bedrooms were big enough, beds ok, 1 1/2 bath adequate; nice washer/dryer. Large kitchen and family room. Great location walkable to beach as long as ambulation is healthy. Outside pool collected natural tree residue, but actual water was clear. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We loved our stay! This house was perfect for our family of three. The pool & grill were great and we loved being able to pop back & forth from the beach so easily. This end of the beach was nice & quiet too so social distancing was not an issue.

Perfect house when you want a quiet neighborhood feel. The pathway to the beach was short through the beautiful tropical trees. The pool was also perfect! House was a great set up for a family of 4. Would love to come back!
