Appartement très fonctionnel avec tout le confort nécessaire
Les indications communiquées pour accéder à l'appartement sont parfaites (boite à clefs)
Le sommier à ressort est horrible, bcp trop mou à mon goût en tout cas, avec deux surmatelas posés dessus, un mou et un ferme et au milieu un "trou"...
La ventilation est bruyante et les bouches d'aeration mériteraient d'être nettoyées

E' andato tutto benissimo. Fedric è stato molto disponibile a concederci un check in anticipato.
L'appartamento è tenuto ottimamente, caldo e con tutti i comfort necessari.
Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e a pochi metri da casa parte il bus per il Villaggio di Babbo Natale - 8 euro- e sotto casa quello per l'aeroporto (seppur gli orari dei Bus -8 euro- per l'aeroporto siano abbastanza incasinati, tanto che noi alla fine siamo andati in taxi -30 euro- per non assiderare e arrivare puntuali).
Soluzione assolutamente consigliata! Viaggio straordinario da fare almeno una volta nella vita.

It was very nice and had everything you might need. The location is great! Jist a few steps into the center. Bus stop just in front of the apartment!

Very nice apartment in the small town of Rovaniemi at the Arctic Circle. Shopping and cafes are close by, just a few minutes on foot. (Be aware that there is not much public transportation in this town). We were very thankful that the host arranged an early check-in since we came in on the "Santa Claus Express" train which arrives at 7:30 am.
With curbless or flat floor showers, it's almost inevitable that some water escapes out onto the rest of the bathroom floor.

The location is very central, the host was very friendly, answered the questions quickly, offered support in getting around with public transportation, key takeover super simple, appartment VERY nice and clean and quiet.

Fantastic accommodation. The hosts went above and beyond, helped me arrange my taxi to the airport when I left. I had all the information I needed during my stay. Very comfortable apartment, would definitely stay there again

The apartment is in a great location. It is very central and there is a bus stop to the airport and Santa Claus Village directly opposite. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The host was extremely helpful.

Have to throw the rubbish away outside the building at 6am in the morning before we leave for airport but its ok. Great apartment!

very good location, walkable distance to city centre and famous restaurants. The room is clean and cozy, with all necessary items available. There’s a park right opposite the room and kids enjoys snow slide very much. the opposite bus stop has Santa Claus bus which goes directly to SantaPark and Santa Claus Village
It’s an apartment style rather than hotel so there’s no luggage storage, but not a big issue.

Apartment was in great location close to shops and town centre. Kids loved the park across the road. Accommodation was perfect for our short stay, compact but had everything for our family of 5, spotless clean located in secure apartment complex. Host was also very responsive and helpful.would highly recommend.

Great location right in the central restaurant, bar and shopping area - made it very easy to get around. Apartment had everything needed (although a small portable fan would maybe be a good addition), strong wifi, and Fredric the host was very helpful! Compact size but perfect for a short stay as a family of four. We really enjoyed our stay thanks!
Central heating is constant pumped air through building (with no ability to turn off that we found?) so always warm inside - whilst I’m sure this is welcomed by many we would have liked more control over temperature, or a small fan to allow air flow whilst sleeping. Purely personal preference though!

It's a nice modern flat in the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped so is the bathroom. It's close to restaurants, bus stops, tourist information, shopping centre and supermarkets. I had a great time here. The flat is very quiet at night. The host was very friendly even though I didn't meet him in person. He was very helpful, replying my questions by messages. Overall a great place to stay!

Really clean, organized and cozy apartment close to the city center. Small but comfortable, with a huge wardrobe, a state-of-the-art little kitchen with a living area with a sofa bed and a small bedroom.
Only downside was the busy main road right in front of the windows that is quite noisy, but not a big problem
