Very nice and clean. Staff was quick to address any issue we had. A nice location, quick travel to anything we were doing. Felt safe and feels private.

$90 cleaning fee, but we were expected to wash the dishes and take out the trash. LoL

Location of property was great. Beds were super comfortable.

Property was not as modern and updated as we would have liked for it to be - especially the kitchen and bathrooms.

We booked this place because of the location and layout. The larger bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed was perfect for our family of four while my mother in law was in the other bedroom.

We booked the house for two nights and arrived around 8 pm Saturday evening. Upon arrival, there were two dead roaches at the back entrance. It was late and we needed to bath and put the kids to bed right away, so we just disposed of the roaches so that the kids didn't step on them and track eggs into house. After getting the kids to bed, we found two more inside and they were alive. I texted the management company who responded they just sprayed for roaches two days ago so the roaches are probably coming out of the woodwork. It was too late to leave the place because the kids were already in bed, but we promptly left first thing the next day. It was stressful and a horrible experience. Regarding the management company, they were responsive but not very attentive. Automatic messages prior to arrival talked about wanting to give guests the five-star treatment. When I told them about the roaches the first night, there was no apology until after we checked out one night early. A day after I left, I received an automated message with check out instructions. That was just annoying because I would've preferred an apology and a call. It wasn't until later that evening around 5:30 pm did I get a call from them. The man finally apologized for the roaches and reiterated the property had just been sprayed so it was not unusual for the roaches to come out from hiding. He said they would only charge for one night and would not charge a cleaning fee. I suggested they not rent out a property that was being treated for pests knowing how bugs would react to the treatment. No guest wants to spend their vacation killing roaches and constantly be on alert for more. It was disgusting and ruined our vacation. I cannot in good faith recommend this place nor would I ever come back to stay here again.
