The check-in is super, all online, no need for hotel cards. It’s really nicely decorated and everything you need is there (including orange press, percolator). The location is super, just a walk across the bridge and you are downtown and a walk into the other direction leads to some nice restaurants.
There is no AC. There was one fan, for 4 people, so one room without a fan. Unfortunately we stayed during some hot days, once it’s below 25 degrees it’s really recommended!

What’s not to like? Most of all, I LOVED the exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. The apartment felt brand new, smelled amazing and was absolutely spotless.
Overall, incredible, extremely well-equipped apartment and facilities. The team has paid so much attention to every bit of detail to make it just perfect.

The apartment was found perfectly clean, furnished in an excellent design way and the kitchen with plenty of different appliances/tools for a great stay at home too.
Floor-heating, big showers, comfy beds. Perfect location for both people coming by car or by train.
We did the self-check-in and check-out and all went smoothly.

Modern, clean, and close to shops and restaurants. A close walk to old town. Fire alarm works as we were woken up at 3:30 in the morning because some one was cooking in their apartment and set off the alarm. Police responded quickly and everything was clear after 10-15 min. we would definitely stay here again!

Everything! Location was fantastic - short walk from the train station and the old city. Impeccably clean and perfectly appointed.
There was a lot of street noise but we felt that was to be expected if you want to be in the heart of the city and easy walking distance to all Luxembourg has to offer!

Central City it is - very close to everything - and if you want to see more, all public transportation in Luxembourg is free. Just hop on the tram (2 short blocks away) or one of many buses (almost at your doorstop.) The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, well-designed for style and comfort. It was beautifully furnished. The bedsheets were elegant, the dishes and kitchenware well stocked and of high quality. Luxembourg is charming and definitely worth a visit (or to live there!) When we return, we will definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent. The apartments are brand new, very attractive, well supplied and comfortable. I would definitely wish to stay there when next in Luxembourg.
There is a big problem with checking in when the front desk desk is off ( works 9 to 6 and I am not sure about Sundays). The check in process at the kiosk online is cumbersome and didn’t work for us. The phone in help desk was rude and not helpful. We ended up spending our first night in another hotel because we couldn’t get through to get keys to the 3 apartments I was renting. We saw at least two other families having the same difficulty while we were there. It is a new hotel so they can hopefully address this because on the other hand we found the reception desk staff helpful and constructive.
