Beautiful Gulf Beach Condo

Diese 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Wohnung wurde komplett von der großen Küche zu den Bädern renoviert. Die Küche ist mit Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad. Das Gästezimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Dieses Gerät hat eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Überdachter Parkplatz mit einem ausgewiesenen Platz im 2. Stock. Lobby-Türen erfordern einen Sicherheitscode, damit Sie sich in einem sicheren Gebäude sicher fühlen können. Genießen Sie den Pool oder entspannen Sie im Whirlpool. Having spent numerous holidays along this part of the coast, this condo is the best place we've stayed at. Everything about the condo was perfect. Easy check in and access by elevator. Quiet unit, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained with good quality furnishings. Hosts seem to have thought of everything. Beautiful sunset and ocean views from spacious balcony with comfortable chairs and loungers. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful holiday, we did not want to leave. Very highly recommend.

Super well-equipped condo— comfortable beds and living area, responsive hosts, AMAZING view, very walkable area— such fun!! Nice pool deck and hot tub area. (What’s NOT to love!?) We remote worked during the day and still felt like we were on vacation. did NOT want to leave! Thank you to our hosts for sharing this home away from home!

We highly recommend this Vrbo condo rental and the owners. We have been going to Madeira Beach for over 40 years and renting in this area for over 25. This condo is by far the best rental we have stayed at! Firstly the building is so well maintained, 2 elevators which make it easy to get to where you need when you need. Parking was perfect as we have a large suv and we it like protected from the streets. Everyone we met at this building was so friendly. The condo itself was spotless and so well appointed. They have thought of everything. We will 100% be booking this unit again. Location is perfection

Very welcoming and well maintained condo. The description was exactly as described with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. It’s been over 10 years since we have been able to vacation with our daughter (military). It was the best 2 weeks and on the way out the door she’s asking about coming back next year. We have done Madeira since she was 5. The owners are very nice and promptly responded to questions before we arrived. This will be our first go to place at Madeira. Thank you for sharing your condo.

This property is amazing. We have stayed in the Ocean Sands complex on previous trips to Madeira Beach, but this property has been the best, by far. Condo was very clean and there were plenty of water toys in the closet for us to use.
Communication with the host (Dennis) was great and he responded immediately to all of our questions.

We spent two weeks there and loved every minute of it. The condo is so clean and well appointed you will want for nothing. It is perfect situated between all the restaurants and attractions. Love this condo and all of the amenities of the complex.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Sands. The condo was in good shape and was well stocked if you choose to cook. I do not as we enjoy the area restaurants, but if you choose to stay in, the owners have you covered with a well-stocked kitchen. There were plenty of beach towels and other amenities provided.

This property is right on Madeira Beach and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets. The Condo was very comfortable and able to sleep 6 comfortably. My granddaughters that live in Orlando we able to come and visit us during our stay. After we arrived we tried to extend our stay because we knew right away we wanted to be here, unfortunately, it books up in advance. I have to say the master bed mattress was so nice I would love to know what brand it is. I spend 2 weeks without back pain. You will not regret staying in the condo. It is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I will definitely be back.

This property is right on Madeira Beach and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets. The Condo was very comfortable and able to sleep 6 comfortably. Well Stocked Beachfront Condo in a Great Location
The condo is in an excellent location, convenient for restaurants, shopping and, of course, beach activities. The owners have made a real effort to make sure the condo is ready to accommodate their guests from the moment they arrive. The unit was fully stocked with all of the essentials that are needed for your stay. The condo was quite comfortable for our 2-week stay. It was nice to have a reserved, inside parking space in the garage. This made loading and unloading for arrival, departure and shopping trips very easy. The view from the balcony was great, we could watch dolphin swimming in the Gulf almost every day. Since the condo is located on the 11th floor, the views up and down the beach were excellent. Beach access was also very convenient, with access points either from the 1st level garage or from the swimming pool area.

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Setting
I have stayed in this area for 17 years and this is one of the nicest condos in which I have ever stayed. It is well equipped and has all things necessary to make your stay great. It is decorated beautifully and the views are fantastic.

The unit was very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay and plenty of toys, beach gear, towels, etc. for the beach. The building is somewhat dated but adequately maintained and the unit was comfortable with some updates in the kitchen in bathrooms.

Wonderful owners!
I wanted a place to stay on the beach with my daughter, who goes to school in Florida and was having surgery, for two weeks while she was recovering. The owners were incredibly accommodating in letting me book at the last minute. Their home is beautiful and I felt like I was a guest in someones home and not living in a hotel for two weeks. The location is perfect too and the people who live in the building were friendly and welcoming. The large balcony was important so we could get outside and see the sunsets. A great home and wonderful owners!

The condo is excellent, containing everything needed for a two month stay. The owner is always gracious, helpful and responsive to our requests. This year was a bit frustrating with only one operational elevator. We only saw workers on one occasion in two months. Management should have been more proactive in getting action from the installers. New shuffleboard equipment and painting the numbers on the board would be helpful. Basically, these issues do not outweigh the overall appreciation of the unit and the building itself. The pool is excellent, access to the beach as well and proximity to restaurants, groceries etc., make it an excellent choice. The addition of the new hotels and condos on that corner will create walking and driving challenges with the increasing traffic

Best views of the beach
This is one of the better apartment in Ocean sands, very comfortable
And well furnished. The location of Ocean sands suits us for easy access from the airport and a good base for local attractions, the miles of sand beach are one of the best we have seen and the views from the 11th floor are fantastic.
