Das gesamte Dock ist 60 Fuß. 28 Fuß können für Ihr Schiff verwendet werden (wenn wir einen größeren Platz für Ihr Boot benötigen, lassen Sie es uns bitte wissen). Canal ist 35 Fuß tief und wir haben genügend Parkplätze für 3 Autos und Ihren Anhänger an der Seite des Hauses

From the start, the Host was cordial and responsive including when we arrived in property. The house is well set up for a large group like ours and we enjoyed every space available, especially evening games on the 3rd floor terrace. Great location to our favorite exploration areas on the water, with quick minimum wake journeys to open water in the Atlantic or Bay side.
Our entire group enjoyed the location and all amenities without a concern in the world. Thanks to the hosts for a great, beautiful location to spend a family vacation.

What a fantastic time we all had this past week in Marathon Key. Andy was a great host and responded quickly to any queries we had- from check in to great places to eat and where to rent kayaks. Our favorite part of the house had to be the upstairs area where we grilled dinner, relaxed in the evening breeze, played cornhole, danced and enjoyed a beautiful evening. My adult kids had a blast fishing off the deck and caught all kinds of beautiful fish. (and threw those beauties back) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we could possibly have needed to make great dinners on the occasions that we opted to stay in. Book this beautiful home- you’ll have zero regrets!!

Wow!!! What a house and location, the description and photos were spot on. Andy was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We were able to rent a boat and dock it on the canal right beside the house. We will be keeping this house in our future travel plans.

Great property with a beautiful view. Comfortable living space and full kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by for necessities. Sombrero Beach is only a 5 minute drive. Perfect vacation! Good communication with host. Listing and pictures are accurate. Our family had an amazing time at Angler’s Terrace. Andy was always available to answer questions and gave fantastic suggestions for restaurants as well as activities. The home was gorgeous with a big open balcony and a pool perfect for our kids. The location was great in that we were an hour or less from all the things we wanted to do in the keys.

This house is amazing, and the location is perfect. There are so many options where you can take in the beautiful views of the water that surrounds the property. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck, the terrace just off of the kitchen and living room and the beautiful pool area. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet with shopping and restaurants close by. I loved the modern design and appreciated how clean the house was when we arrived. Andy was easy to work with and very responsive. Thank-you for sharing your home with us!

To start, the host for this property was great. Worked with us on check-in and made sure everything was perfect.
The house itself, I do not believe the pictures do it justice. The home is the perfect vacation home, that being with friends or family. It is in a great location to take a boat out or visit resturants in the area. We stayed in Key Colony and never our stay as much as we did this visit to Marathon.
The home is 3 levels. The second level has 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. On the second level, the balcony have a 6 person dinner table. It is amazing to have family dinner, while over looking the canal.
The third level has great 360 views on the area, sectional couch, and outdoor kitchen. The top level also have corn hole boards, we even donated 2 new sets of corn hole bags to any one that stays and plays.
The bottom level have a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and even an outdoor shower. The shower is great from coming back off the boat, before getting in the pool, washing your reel-n-rods or in our case, one of our guys taking daily showers. Outdoor shower has heat.
The home is tankless hot water, so hot water on before jumping in a shower but once hot, it never runs out.
Once you stay at this home, you will feel as if you have a connection with the home. We are already looking to rebook. I would implore anyone that stays at this home to treat her good. I hope others get to make the great memories the home gave to us.

We had a group of 6 ranging in age from 15 to 40. Our sole purpose of our trip was to fish. This house was an excellent location with quick access to the open waters of the Atlantic and the Gulf. The house is well equipped with a small fridge and bait freezer outside. The dock is perfect, with plenty of room for our 25’ boat. We saw manatees and lots of fish daily, including some very large tarpon. The pool is a perfect spot to relax. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck, and also grilling in the evenings. Andy, the host is amazing. He was very responsive and made excellent recommendations for boat rentals, charters, restaurants, and a bakery. We definitely plan to stay at this house again.
The only issues we had were the lack of storage in the bedrooms and the lack of cup options. The bedrooms do not have many, if any drawers to store clothes or other items in. Most of the bedroom storage is closets only. The only cups in the house are coffee cups and small glasses. I would suggest bringing some plastic cups, or purchasing some when you arrive.

Calm and secure canal just off of Boot Key Harbor. Very convenient location - whether you're traveling by car or boat. Outstanding use of space on all 3 levels/stories of the home. Level 1: beautiful pool and downstairs bedroom and bathroom, outstanding views from the 2nd (main) floor, and stunning views and great use of space on the rooftop (3rd floor). We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated waterfront home in Marathon. We arrived on one of the coldest days of the year and was able to still swim in the heated pool. By the middle of the week the weather warmed and we were able to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop with gorgeous views. Plenty of amenities including towels and washer/dryer, plus all equipment you need in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this property for lazy pool days at home, fishing trips that fit our 30 ft boat, or even a drive down the road to Sombrero Beach. Thanks for the great week!

I can not say enough good things about this property or the host! Andy was incredibly responsive and the house exceeded all our expectations. It’s even better than the pictures and the location if you have a boat is amazing. The rooftop was our favorite and the kitchen with its big island is the best place to hang while cooking. So well stocked. Andy went through extra effort to make sure the house was ready after hurricane Ian went through Florida and it was perfect upon arrival. Decorated so beautifully. We have been visiting Marathon for the last several years. This has definitely been the favorite property where we have stayed. GORGEOUS views from multiple levels and sides of the house. Great location - close to 7 Mile Bridge, not far from grocery store. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen were all beautiful! Looking forward to coming again!

The Host was extremely responsive and made sure we were pleased with the accomodations from the beginning. The Rooftop is an especially great hang out for all or a quiet getaway if a little space is needed. I would recommend this house to anyone looking in Marathon and coming with or renting a boat. May Trip to the Keys
We first came across this house when we stayed next door the year before. This house is incredible! It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor spaces in the house were perfect, I really love that there were outdoor kitchen spaces with fridges on both the ground level and rooftop deck. The views on the rooftop are gorgeous and the cornhole boards were a nice touch. There is plenty of space for our party of 8 adults. Also there was plenty of space to accommodate a 27’ boat. Definitely plenty of wild life in the canal, we saw tarpon and manatees everyday. The pool was a huge plus after being on a boat all day, it’s not a shallow cocktail pool, it was a 5 foot deep pool and it is perfect. If you have a group that likes to fish, boating or hanging at the pool with the occasional cornhole tournament at night, this house has it all. I would highly recommend this rental, our whole group had a great time.

Gorgeous views and home
This place was perfect for a week long spring break for two families to enjoy the keys! Everything was wonderful and we felt very comfortable in all of the lounging areas and the pool was perfect for everyone. We even rented a kayak to be delivered on site and that was awesome to take out right from the dock! Owner pays attention to detail and was very accommodating. Wish we could come back again next year!

Everything about this property was perfect! We paid to have the pool warm-I’m so glad we did. It was always at a comfortable temp! We ordered groceries and my friend who lives literally next door stocked the refrigerator so we were ready to relax as soon as we got there. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Vacation Location
Everything was just as beautiful as pictured. Every night we ate dinner outside overlooking the water and most days we spent time playing in the pool. Sunsets from the top level were gorgeous. Marathon was a great central location to explore the Keys from. We especially appreciated that the house came stocked with the basics like laundry soap, trash bags, toilet paper and lots of beach towels. For anyone wanting to figure out sleeping ahead of time, one queen bed is located downstairs with a bathroom and private entrance. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Paradise!
We travel a lot and this is the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed at. Perfect location for our group of 8. Free boat ramp was close by making it easy for us to unload our boat and return to the house. Plenty of space for our boat trailer plus 3 parking spots. Twice the Ice nearby along with several fantastic restaurants by boat or car. We especially loved Castaways. We had a bait bag off the dock and watched several large tarpoons circle it and about a 6ft nurse shark attacked it! Also saw lots of parrot fish, Sgt majors, manrgrove and mutton snappers. Loved watching sunrises from rooftop patio. House had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was even stocked with items we typically have to buy like laundry detergent, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, coffee, etc. Andy reached out to us after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. He responded very quickly to our messages as well. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Had a Fantastic Family Vaca at this Beautiful Rental Home! The decor is amazing & Rooftop so fun and relaxing! The boat dock and pool area is also perfect for the family to enjoy a relaxing dip after a day on the boat.

Wow! Where do I begin! We loved everything about this vacation home! Andy was terrific to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. The inside was very clean and well supplied. The roof top patio was perfect to hang out on and watch the sunsets. My kids loved the pool and we were close to great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone! Beautiful House Amazing Location and Awesome Owner
We picked this house almost a year in advanced and could not wait to be there. It was everything and more then we even imagined. We are avid fisherman and the location could not be better for open water access both Ocean and Gulf. As well as protected water for a week of 25+ winds. 4 great restaurants located just a short boat ride away Twice the Ice machine at the end of the road. Publix right up the road as well. Andy made sure our stay was perfect. You will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous house, has every amenity needed. Watch the fish, nurse sharks, manatees from the dock. Walking distance to the best Cuban Coffee and only a couple miles to shopping, restaurants, excursions and beaches.
