Brilliant location, beds were comfy, and the hot tub was fabulous.

Great location with lovely sea view. There was everything you could possibly need at a self catering apartment. Beds really comfortable. Clean right through. Fantastic rainfall shower with plenty hot water. Big fluffy towels. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Quiet policy from 22:00-10:00 . Tram stop just across the road. Fantastic chip shop next door ( it really is good ) . Parking on site with electric hook ups. We will definitely return.

No lift ( but there are ground floor apartments if this is an issue although a few steps to get into building.

Apartment was nice clean, perfect location, lovely views from the front to the sea.

A lift to upper floors

The location The bar was good and had a lovely sea front view.

The doors slammed no soft closing or rubber seal to prevent loud bang when the doors closed. Despite having an automatic door closer, the doors all slammed! The property was not clean, the floor was badly stained and the sofa was also stained. The cupboard doors were not cleaned and full of hand marks so was the table. The carpets were needing hovered and has not been hovered around the skirting boards for sometime full of dirt. There was no oven tray so unable to use grill or oven. A small bin in the toilet or bathroom would have been helpful. There was no mop to even was the floor ourselves! I asked the staff member Ryan to please arrange to wash the floor. But this was never done! When I asked him about it he said it was to steam clean the sofa but this could not be done due to a personal item being over the sofa. I had to put a duvet cover over the sofa due to it being so dirty. I was disappointed as I specifically asked for the floor to be washed as it was significantly dirty! He has not listened or bothered about this.

The gentleman who checked us in and out was absolutely fabulous. The apartment was in a fantastic location for pleasure Beach and very spacious, beds made up and clean.

It could have done with a hoover throughout as a lot of debris on carpets and in the kitchen space. However, we found a sweeping brush and swept kitchen diner ourselves

Good location. Lovely sea view. Good sized tv. Hob microwave oven toaster kettle coffee machine and fridge. Iron and hairdryer so well equipped. Lovely greeting on arrival

Bathroom door handle dodgy. Shower pressure not good. Had to wash some pots before I used them as was dirty. The morning we left noticed the mattress protector was stained didn’t look like changed between every guest

Proximity to beach, sand castle and restaurants.

Wifi was very poor.

Great location. Great sea views. A really good sized studio apartment. The man that checked me in was friendly and helpful. The fittings in the apartment were modern and everything you would need including remote controlled air con and heating. Huge TV on the wall, decent double bed. Cooker and microwave along with a coffee machine. Tea towel, washing up liquid etc was provided which is a plus. The check in was next door at 419, which also has a lovely bar with sea views. Decent priced lager as well. This place would have got perfect scores if it wasn't for the lack of cleanliness.

The entrance door to the 421 was serious heavy. If you are less mobile or elderly, you have no chance opening it one handed. For some reason they thought it was a good idea to paint the halls and stairway in black paint. It makes it very dark and dingy. The whole place could do with a lick of paint but it's nothing major. What I did find really disappointing was how grubby everything was. The bathroom had beautiful fixtures but was let down by the fact the floor to ceiling tiles were absolutely filthy. The cups, plates, pans and cutlery all needed washing before I used them. On the plus side, washing up liquid was provided. I don't think the skirting boards had ever been cleaned. If the owners gave their cleaners more training then this place would be perfect. Would I stay again? Yes I would but hopefully it would be cleaned to a better standard.

Nice modern apartment. Excellent location.

Great location away from noise if town centre and near Pleasure Beach. Had access to hotel facilities next door. Free WiFi which kept going off make sure on arrival you ask for the password. There was toilet roll sponges for washing up in the hotel available to all guests to use. Vending machines selling everything you might need from toothbrushes to plasters to crisps and sweets.

Room was small cramp dated dirty needs a overall. Cracks on the walls. Utensils especially frying pan was dirty. I brought my own. Had to make daughters bed up on the sofa when we arrived. Duvet was dirty we brought our own blankets anyway. People smoking straight below us in a no smoking area.no one said anything to them so we couldn't have doors to balcony open for the view especially on the last day old man smoking a pipe.even with door closed could still smell it. I said something but the guy just ignored me. Stairs are a bit scary especially for young kids. Wooden and gaps between each steps. Overall needs a fresh coat of paint especially in the gallway which is black paint and skirting boards.

The location is brilliant

The oven didn’t work in room 10. There were some stains on the sheets and the basic cooking utensils are below basic. No spatula or saucepan

It was central to everything we needed Was clean Quiet for it being on the sea front and near the centre it was peaceful with great views

Was a little expensive for what we got Found some things under the bed but nothing major Would have benefited from having the choice of an earlier check in

Very clean, close to the sea and restaurants. The staff was fantastic and always available to help.

The sound sensor was too sensitive and went off even when someone coughed for too long.

We loved the room View we had it was amazing! The bar was a really nice place to chill out again with a lovely view. The location was great as really central.

The first night we stayed we didn’t get to sleep for boys next door being loud at all hours in the morning. To be fair I was offered a refund for the 2nd night stay but we decided to stay as the boys were spoken too and were a lot quieter the 2nd night. I am afraid the room number 10 was just a bit tired looking and there was dust everywhere and hair all over the bed settee when we arrived. I had to clean all the floor as it had crumbs all over it also. Such a shame as it’s the best view room we have had in Blackpool.

Location brilliant, hot tub added bonus, nice little apartment. Clean towels and bedding. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely be back if faults were sorted.

Not the cleanest of apartments, could be cleaner. Shower not the greatest and too high up, power not the greatest and shower head needs a good scrub. The toilet was awful wasn't a fan, normal toilet would be fine. Back door leading to hot tub needs seeing to as very hard to lock and open. Chairs at table covered in rust need replacing.
