Nice location and close to amenities. Residents in complex are friendly. Property manager was nice to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is a grocery store across the street within walking distance. Trader Joe’s is just a few blocks away along with a Target. We had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked so it’s easy to settle in & have good meals. The pool was amazing & it was nice and quiet. We loved being only 10 minutes away from the airport & downtown Palm Springs too. If you like to hike there’s a great trail across the street. We would definitely stay again if we return to Palm Springs.

Rental unit was very clean. Owner was a great communicator. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool was great.

First time we ever had a “personal greeter” on a vacation rental-nice touch. Grady is affable and easy to work with. Appreciated the extra touch. Property is very well stocked and in a perfect location for us.

Wonderful condo in an excellent location. Clean , spacious and well equipped Grady was wonderful to work with and neighbors in the property were more than friendly. Like a little community of its own. lovely fruit trees on the property as well to be enjoyed by all. Only request would be to have a few more cleaning supplies available. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a cute and very livable apartment, with pretty good kitchen supplies. Grady was easy to work with. I would stay there again.

I have to start this review with how well we were treated by the owner. Our flight to Palm Springs was cancelled at the last minute. We managed to find another flight a few days later, but our 1 week trip was shortened to only 3 nights. We had not taken out the cancellation insurance for the condo, but the owner certainly took some of the sting out of the situation, when they reimbursed us for 2 nights. I don’t think many owners would do this. Thank you, thank you! The condo is located about a 15 minute drive from the airport, within walking distance to convenience stores and a few restaurants. The 4th hole of the Tahquitz Creek golf course is right across the street. I enjoyed watching the golfers tee-off, but was a little sad because we had planned to play golf here, but did not have the time. We also loved the hummingbirds that hung out with us on the patio. I had such amazing sleeps while staying here! The king size bed was soooo comfy, as were the sheets and pillows! I often bring my own pillow because I rarely find a pillow I like. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking and there is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig (with coffee). We didn’t have time for TV, but there are 3 large screen TV’s! Great communication with Grady as we planned and prepared for our trip, as well as during our time there. Thank you Grady! See you next time!

The unit was awesome- the pool area and spa were ideal, and the grounds were very well maintained. The condo was well maintained.

Condo is clean and well equipped. A nice place to stay and enjoy your vacation. Neighbors are also great in addition to Grady. Pool and jacuzzi were very clean and almost like a private pool which I loved the most! Highly recommended!!!

Best locations with many amenities, super friendly hosts and overall an ideal place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Upon my arrival Grady met me and let me into condo and then took the time to give me tour and explain where everything was and how to use it if I asked. He was a great host, very friendly and helpful to my needs. I would stay there again as it is convenient to anything you should need..

Roomy, clean, great location. Well stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs provided. Property manager met us upon arrival and fully explained everything. He was qiuick to respond to any questions. Very pleased!

This condo sits just across the street from an extensive golf course and is walking distance to Von’s for groceries. The unit is roomy and quiet with comfortable bedding and everything you might need for cooking. Grady was so gracious and friendly, it felt like we were visiting family. If you have time, the pool area is secure and very pretty. This rental is a wonderful value.

Location is great for golf courses and dining. Everything went smoothly with Grady and the condo.

This condo met all our needs, very nicely decorated, kitchen better equipped than any rental we’ve ever stayed in, and extremely clean! Also a great location, beautiful neighborhood, near golf, hiking, and grocery stores! We’d stay here again without hesitation!

Property was a really good value for the money. Carpets need cleaning, and maybe replacement soon...but that's about the only minor concern

Very clean property. Everything we needed especially kitchen items were available. Quiet golfing neighborhood Palm Springs downtown about 15 min by car, Palm Desert about 20 min by car. Convenient half mile walk to Trader Joe’s and other stores for shopping All in all a very nice experience 🙏

Convenient location. 2 nice bedrooms & bathrooms, the living area is a little tight for 4 people. Not an “uptight” space, you will be comfortable bringing your pet.

Nice clean, well appointed property. Not a lot of private outdoor space as the only patio is on a street and it is very small, so the place is a little claustrophobic. The beds are really soft and not supportive. Kind of low end furniture for quality sleep. And it was a little annoying that we ran out of toilet paper and we’re told we needed to supply our own-on the night before the last night of our stay. So, we went out and supplied our needs and left extras for whom? The management company to supply the next guests? I was a bit disappointed because I have always had a great experience with this manager. But toilet paper being the responsibility of the renter seems a bit ridiculous.

I highly recommend this property. It is updated, clean and in a great location. The property is immaculately landscaped and the pool/spa are awesome. Also it's in a great location, good grocery store and great hiking trail across the street and a short drive (or long bike ride :) ) to downtown Palm Springs.

Our week stay was magical in Palm Springs. This condo is in walking distance to market and mountain biking/hiking trails. Pool was super close, clean and not busy at all. Condo was clean, well supplied and super economical.
