The lady at check in was sweet and very helpful with all of our questions. It is a perfectly central location. AC worked great. Having a front facing room with a balcony is a little loud late at night, from the noise down below, but worth it for the view. We would definitely stay there again!

The property is in a great central location, with heaps to see and do right at the door. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The only downside was the room was quite hot at night, the aircon just couldn’t keep up with the heat wave, and they unfortunately didn’t have a fan. And the fridge couldn’t stay cold enough. Staff were helpful and it was overall a pretty good stay.

The owner was so welcoming and kind. Waiting for us to arrive at a late hour, due to flight delays, and organising our transfer. Her communication was fantastic keeping us well informed and checking in to see how we were progressing.
The accommodation was convenient - centrally placed overlooking Plaza Tasso (main square) and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay including necessary air con (a god send in a heatwave), a fridge and a kettle and tea bags for a relaxing cuppa. The bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure and hot water all times of the day. There is a convenient lift for taking luggage to the room.
the room was clean and the friendly cleaner came daily to empty the bin, make the beds and make the place look neat and tidy. sheets and towels were also changed regularly during our stay.
Not a problem for us but the square is lively and you can hear ambient sounds in the nighttime but this simply added to the whole fantastic ambience of our stay.

Right in the center of town but very quiet inside. Our room was clean and the staff was easy to contact and very accommodating.
The balcony view was of a rooftop, so not really a view.

Amazing location in the heart of Sorrento. The property is very clean and the staff is welcoming, professional and goes the extra mile when assisting the hotel guests.

Great location, nice and clean appartement and friendly staff/manager who helped us several times getting around in the area or to nearby towns.
It is a great location but be reminded that it is centrally located, near the main square and that, in particular during weekends, it can be very noisy. We had the large street side appartement and we couldn't sleep until 23:00-midnight because of the noise. But again, the vibrant area might just be the thing you are looking for.

Beautiful room and facilities on the main square in Sorrento. Great location for shops, bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the little harbours. Fantastic host, thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful room with a great balcony for drinks and relaxing. Location was spectacular, easy to get to and located near all the shops and food you could want or need. Close to a hospital if you were ever in need. Spas close by, and a great starting point for a day spent exploring Sorrento and all the scenic beauty it offers. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Perhaps the pillows could’ve been a bit more plush but that is being very picky.
