清潔感がなく、宿泊者のマナーも悪かった。

駅からは少し離れてますが繁華街からは近いです。カプセルホテルは色々ありますがその中では快適に過ごすことは出来ます。あとはサウナ水風呂もあり外気浴も出来ます。コールマンのチェアーは最高です。 食事も出来て夜はお酒が3杯まで無料で飲めカレーも無料であります。フリードリンクは色々種類があり生活出来るくらい1日過ごせます。

カプセルが広かった。充電か食事とアルコールが放題だった。 スタッフさんの対応も良かった。

こちらに非が有るので不満があるわけではないが、「即退場」ではなく「警告」で対応していただけたらありがたかった。

気楽に泊まれました😄 トイレットペーパーが柔らかく気持ち良かったです✨

ロッカールームと居室が階が違うので、行ったり来たりが多く発生した！

軽食やドリンクバーが利用できること。（自分は利用しなかったがアルコールもあった）

チェックインが遅かったからだと思うが、軽食の炊き込みご飯が無くなっていたが補充されず、白米のみだったことと、朝食がカレーのみだったことが少し残念だった。

あの値段でお酒無料　ご飯無料はコスパ良すぎます

ラウンジの清潔感、 ご飯、ドリンクのサービスは嬉しいが、少々清潔感に欠けていた。 お風呂のお湯の清潔感 お風呂はお湯に少しあぶらが浮いてた。

De onsen bestond uit 1 warm bad, 1 sauna en een koud water bad. Hier had ik meer van verwacht, gezien mijn ervaringen met andere capsule hotels.

サービス、設備がとても充実していました。 ラウンジのご飯、味噌汁、朝のカレーライス無料は特に嬉しかったです。

あえていうならサウナ後の外気浴スペースが狭かったので狭いなりにもう少しリラックスできるようなスペースの質の向上をしていただけるともっと良いかなと思いました。

This my first capsule hotel experience. The property provided everything we required for our one week stay. Access to and from subway was close and convenient. Lounge was well provisioned with food and drinks available 24/7. Staff were fantastic.

We lived across 5 floors being entrance, pod, locker room, bathroom and lounge. You need to be very organised otherwise you are constantly waiting for lifts or using the external stairs - one way to stay fit.

Excellent facilities with great staff! Capsule beds are more than large enough for an average person, and comfortable. Good free Wi-Fi in the building, and a nice social area on the top floor. The onsen/public bath facility was unique and really good too, a great way to relax at the end of the day.

The lack of shower booths for men was initially a problem, because I am someone who is very shy about my appearance. Although once I experienced the onsen, it was no problem. Still, the option to have a shower booth for men (because the women had them) would be nice.

The amenities were great ! They provide everything for you !! The location was also phenomenal close to a central area and a 20ish minute walk to the castle

A unique experience but very comfortable with lots of free things that the hotel provides for you. Once I knew how it all worked I got really stuck into the experience of a capsule hotel.

Only that there are a couple of steps that are a bit lost in translation if you speak very little Japanese but the staff do make an effort to try and solve those with translator apps if you have a difficult question.

とにかく快適です。屋上階にあるフリーサービスの充実度は半端ない。そしてベッドも快適。

フロントスタッフがバイトだけに、要領を得ない対応のケースもある。そして料金的にはホテルに泊まった方が安い場合もある。

Everything wasn’t good

I expected a basic capsule hotel but was surprised by the quality of service! Everything is clearly explained in English so I didn't have any trouble language wise. Capsules and bathrooms were super clean. Overall recommend!

This is my gem place from Nagoya. The place has Artificial Onsen, Lounge with free food and tea/coffee.

Silent people. Lack of socialisation.

There were a lot of amenities available! They were easily accessible, too, with them being in the locker room, outside the dorm room, and the shower room. Not only that, but there were different saunas and spa baths, too!

Good capsule hotel with facilities including bath & common area. Staff were welcoming and allowed us to bag drop prior to check-in. Only stayed one night but got good use of the facilities (summer visit so the cold pool in the bath was welcomed).

Like most capsule hotels, the capsules themselves only have limited air/ventilation- the room itself was cool but with the screen down the capsule was warm.
