The hot tub

Back door didn’t lock properly. Oven cut out. Window in bathroom had a gap. Pub load music till 11pm.

it was on the river was a good location.

the door didn’t lock the whole time we were there. staff didn’t help us out at all, all we got was we are 25 minutes away so we can’t do nothing. there was a group of 4 next door to us who kept us up all night shouting and playing music, even a fight broke out on sight we rang expecting something to be done and all we got was ‘theirs nothing I can do’ we didn’t have lights under the bed and on arrival i requested Prosecco and chocolate which I paid extra for and that also wasn’t there. It was a special birthday for my partner, it was certainly not cheap either. I have never left a review in my life but this was a huge disappointment

This lodge is situated in a lovely quiet location,it had everything we needed.We had a lovely stay and we will be rerturning some time in the future.

Lodge was lovely inside and out, the area was beautiful plenty of things to do in surrounding areas

Neighbours were a bit noisy obviously not the staff's fault

Really lovely place, so relaxing and out of the way. Shops and places to eat within a 10 minute drive.

Wonderful location, lovely property. Hot tub was amazing.

The Shower, you could not regulate temperature. Gets very hot!

The lodge was beautiful! So much bigger than we expected, fully functioning bathroom and kitchen which was very useful. The balcony looking over the lake was lush- watching the geese and ducks etc with a bbq and a hot tub.

There was loads of mosquitos inside the lodge but I understand that can’t really be helped with the doors constantly opening. When we moved the sofa so it was infront of the TV there was loads of old rose petals and someone’s fake eyelashes. Other than that it was lovely.

Great location, peaceful and relaxing. Lots of wildlife to keep you entertained during your stay. The cabin itself is a perfect getaway, with a kitchen, bathroom, dining area and tv etc. The hot tub was a highlight for sure!!

On arrival the heating came on with a quick switch of a key but was very complicated to figure out with no instructions. There were false eyelashes on the floor when the sofa was pulled out to face the tv left from the previous guests along with a deflated helium balloon flying around. We found multiple hairs in the bedding and cobwebs around the cabin On two separate mornings we were woken up by maintenance works, hammering and noise from jobs being done around our cabin. We also had a broken blind in the kitchen which left us with a bit less privacy than we would’ve liked

Lovely location with lots of woodland walks near by. Hot tube very relaxing and beds very comfortable.

Lacking in basic cooking utensils and serving bowls. A wooden spoon and dish to serve up food would have been helpful.

The hot tubs were nice and beds comfortable.

Upon arrival we had a dirty tea towel left for our use. Throughout the first night noises could be heard in the kitchen. Upon inspection we found that there were mice inside of the 'luxury' lodge, that had ruined our food. We were told by the owners that it's a countryside setting and to expect wildlife! We were moved upon our request.
