The image of the property and actual room were different. The room needs ventilation option. The property was under construction, shouldn't have open for booking.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious.

This room is listed to have a private balcony and it doesn’t.

Not only was the room very clean and comfortable, but also the staff were very, friendly, especially the gatekeeper who wanted to help us immediately when we had trouble finding a coach for the next day. Even though the location was a bit more remote, it wasn't so bad, especially since the big sights are in Kathmandu and you have to take a taxi anyway. Patan Durbar Square was only a 10-minute walk away.

The accommodation was rather in the more remote part of Lalitpur, which meant that you lived in the middle of locals. As a result, all sights, except for Patan Durbar Square, which was only a few minutes' walk away, could only be reached by taxi. The breakfast offered there had a smaller selection of the typical breakfast cereals.

The staff was absolutely amazing especially Romeo the security dog. The patio was wonderful. The location is outside of the noise of Katmandu. It was quiet and peaceful.

The hot water in .y room was hit or miss and it was not close to any places to eat a meal. These are.minor inconveniences and overall I had a lovely stay. I would stay again.

Very convenient location to get to all the sights without being in the crowded quarters. Rana, who is officially the security guard but I think he is much more and adds a lot to the good atmosphere in and around the hotel. He cares a lot about the guests and is the best friend of the hotel dog. The staff and manager are really kind people as well. Plus I liked the breakfast: cereal, bread, cheese, vegetables and fruits at the buffet plus more. Room was spacious, water hot. Instead of 3 I stayed 5 nights.

great free service breakfast ! room cleaned everyday. quiet place, no so far from Durbar Square (walk 10 minutes) there is a guard to open the door at the entrance (so if you like security and talking, you will enjoy).

Prefect and comfortable

The house is very clean and spacious. The staff are incredibly friendly—especially the security guard who I chatted to regulary and is really kind. They also have a dog called Romeo who is very loveable.

It would be good to have had an understanding of laundry cost prior to having it washed. I asked this, but was told I'd find out at the end.

Delicious self service breakfast, clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed. Very reasonable price. Appreciated the covid precautions on arrival, staff very friendly.

Some of cleaning products made room smell quite chemically. But after opening window and closing washroom door it was fine.
