The first thing to say is thank you to Yvett who met us at the property. She was excellent and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. Property very clean and has everything you need. There was some basic cleaning stuff which would last you a few days, so if you are staying longer you will need to bring/buy washing powder/liquid. The bed was very comfortable and loads of storage space. If you like sunbathing there was always sun loungers available. Overall a brilliant place to stay. There was a couple of issues, mainly with the outside area, but would stay there again

Could do with better quality towels and bedding. The pool has hundreds of tiles missing so doesn’t look great. Also, there was a lot of flies by the pool. Dont know if this is a Palm Mar thing, they seemed to be everywhere, particularly when eating

The pool, location, cleanliness, quick respond to questions, friendly and prof staff, clear, trustful.

Everything was just perfect, the best hosts ever! Highly recommended, a role model for all hosts in Tenerife and worldwide.

Nice apartment and friendly host. We stayed 3 weeks and felt like at home there. Apartment is stylish, clean and has everything you need. Area is residential and calm. Big swimming pool. Good starting point to explore island by car.

Everything was fine

-easy to check-inn, the host met us at the apartment at the check-in time -easy to communicate with the host via whatup before arriving in Tenerife -underground secure car park -the apartment it is exactly like in the pictures, modern, clean, fully equipped. Washing machine, washing powder, dishwasher, massive tv with internet, very nice walk in shower a.s.o. -the apartment it is situated in a secure complex, we got 2 keys to get in. It has a pool, tennis courts. -we liked that it was residential, before we stayed in Los Cristianos and every night somebody was coming home from a night out and we got woken up from the noise. -there is a shop a few minutes walk -Palm-Mar it is one my favourite area to stay, it is very quiet but still just 15 Min. drive from Los Cristianos, 20 min. drive from South Airport. - There are few shops in Palm-Mar even a few restaurants -less wind that the resorts on the east coast. Not as shelter as Los Cristiano or Las Americas but it is ok. I wouldn't stay closer to the airport i think it will be much more noise plus, closer to the airport you get a lot of wind. We went in El Medano the first day and it was very windy and in Palm-Mar was ok.

-there is a beach, but not the most popular. -need a car to visit places, you can spend your holiday in Palm-Mar but it is much more in other parts of the Island. I don't know about the buses, i have seen a few, but mainly towards Las Galletas. -sometimes there are kids playing around the complex, specially in the evening, but nothing major.
