We traveled with 18 people and this property was perfect for our family! It was well furnished and adequately clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the convenience of the dock to the lake was perfect.

Had water problems before we checked in and for the next 2 days they they were digging up the parking lot. One day 2 workman wanted access to the outside lower area as they were repairing the septic system. This is a poor design feature if repair men have to access a system by going through a house.

Our group was at Lake Daze for one week and consisted of 12 adults and 8 children. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. We also grilled quite a few times on the gas grill. It was a blast to go swimming off of the dock. Due to the number of stairs inside and outside of the property, I wouldn't recommend bringing elderly guests. For everyone else, though, this is a great stay!

Lake Daze was a perfect house for our family which ranged in size from 25-27 ppl and ages 2 to 75 years old! :) The kitchen seating was ample for mealtime as well as overflow on top deck. The teens loved the lower level entertainment and being so close to the hot tub. The property owner and maintenance team were very responsive when we had issues that needed addressed. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group that wants space to spread out. :)

The property was all it was advertised to be. The layout was perfect for our group. We were able to watch football, play games and dine with room to spare. Perfect for large groups. Having the two refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers and ovens was great. Owners were quick to respond when wifi went out. Definitely recommend.

This is the second week of staying in one of the two homes owned by the same people and both times, the homes were perfect!
Situated right on Norris Lake, the sprawling home was clean with a more-than fully stocked kitchen and ample room to move around, even with such a large group of 30 adults. The linens smelled amazing. The access to the private dock provided hours of entertainment and the many bathrooms linked to the bedrooms made this young adult retreat a blast!
The listing is very clear on what you should bring and that made prepping for our weekend event much easier. This will become a regular spot for our group! They loved the place!!

Place was amazing. From top to bottom. Everyone had their own space. Communication was top notch. Owners are great. Dock, decks, kitchen, hot tub. It has everything. Couldn't have asked for more. Great touch on Netflix and ESPN. Will be back for sure.

This property is perfect for a large group. There’s plenty of space inside and outside for activities. My favorite part is that the house sits back in a cove so there’s not a lot of boat traffic coming and going. Overall great experience.

We had our annual family vacation at this property with almost 30 people total. The house never felt small and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The cove is great for swimming off of the dock since there is not through traffic. It was a beautiful house and perfect for a large family vacation.

There are several positive things to say about this property, especially for families. Having nine bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, is a plus for both diverse groups and families. Equally appealing are the four bedrooms with both bunkbeds and regular king/queen beds. Most properties with this many bedrooms have one bunkbed-dedicated bedroom. We had six children under eight, so a single bunkbed room would not have worked. There were a couple of facility-related issues during the week that were handled quickly by property management. The large decks were also a big plus. The site is also further up the lake finger; this diminished boat travel and crowds from other houses.
As the pictures show, there are many steps down to the lake and dock, which can be difficult for smaller children. However, this is true of all the houses along this finger. The benches for the dining tables can get a little uncomfortable for longer sitting, such as during board games. The stove tops heat quickly, but also seem to take a while to cool. This is one of the newer houses on this finger, and its size is attractive to larger groups. It could potentially benefit from some refreshing in the not-too-distant future.
This house meets most, if not all, of our family's needs for a reunion. The group already agreed that if we return to Norris Lake in two years that we would try to book this house again.

Perfect spot for extended family. We used all the double appliances in the huge kitchen which made storing and cooking for a large group easy and convenient. Lots of room in the big open spaces for us all to be together. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed cruising the lake, sat around the fire pit in the evenings, played corn hole, played pool, soaked in the hot tub and talked about when we were coming back. It was a fabulous week.

It was plenty large for our group of 28 and the kitchen was more than ample room to cook.
I liked that there was more than enough cups, plates, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
We found the steep steps to dock a little daunting, esp. for my husband and I.
There is one thing that I want to bring to your attention is that it would be beneficial to have hand bars equipped in the bathrooms with tubs. Several mentioned that they slipped and a bar would be good to hold on to.
A wonderful time was had by all!!

It's always hard to find enough space for our family of 29 to get together, but this rental did the trick! The kitchen was the best part, by far. 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 tables - amazing! If you ask the kids, the hot tub was the best feature of the house. King sized beds for all the adults was an added bonus. There wasn't a yard for littles to play in, but the large decks on each floor were great for that. Everything was as described in the listing, but something they left out: This property has the BEST parking in the area. We got 5 large vehicles right in front of the house. Even though there were other houses around, we still felt like we had our privacy in this space and any time we had a minor issue, the property managers were nearby and available to help us. FIVE stars all around.

This property was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter and son-n-law getting married and Thanksgiving! The house had plenty of space and bathrooms as well as an awesome game room and fire pit! We were a little surprised when we arrived that there was little to no water in the lake. We knew the water level would be much lower but we didn't expect that and there is a house being built next door, which was fine but we just wish this would have been mentioned in the check in process as there were several big trucks in and out. Overall, the house is perfect and they cannot control the construction or the water levels. Just mentioning so future guest know what to expect. Absolutely do not let that sway you from renting this property. It was a great place to make new family memories that we will forever cherish!

We enjoyed our holiday vacation at Lake Daze! The cabin had lots of room for our extended family. The only disappointment was that the pictures if the water were taken in another season and all we had was a muddy stream outside. It rained and was chilly, so it suited us fine to enjoy the cabin.

Eight of our 13 siblings got the opportunity to hang out with our 89 years young mother. Although the house was great, we could have used a handicap accessible bathroom for mother. Even with that this was a great facility to accommodate our family. We greatly appreciate you allowing us to stay there.

This is our 4th trip with our group of families and was the best house we’ve stayed in so far! Great location and plenty of space for our group! 12 adults and 14 children. We all had our own space when needed and the kids had plenty of fun gaming options. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was great. We only had 16 people so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was nice! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need! The multiple fridges stoves and dishwashers are great for this many people. The only downfall is there should be more tables/seating for the hot tub area. The air hockey table needs some tlc. The other games were a great addition. Overall we would def. Stay here again!

Great Family Vacation Home
My family of 12 adults and 16 grandchildren enjoyed our stay at Lake Daze. The house was a perfect size for us. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The large tables accommodated everyone. The bedrooms were a little small especially the ones with the bunk beds which made it a little crowded. But the beds were very comfortable. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was very convenient . Each bedroom had a TV but not all of them had cable service. The ones without cable only had DVD players. We didn't watch TV much so it really wasn't an issue. The lower level was well used by the kids, especially the hot tub. The laundry room had one washer and two dryers, which really helped with lots of wet towels. As older persons, the steps going to the lake were a challenge for us and the other adults. There are 76 of them. The dock was great, enough room for us to tie up two boats. The kids loved the slide and jumping off the upper deck. We put a canopy up on the upper deck to provide shade which made it very pleasant to sit and relax. Being at the end of the cove was nice because we didn't have to worry about boats coming and going by our house. It is about a 15 minute boat ride through the no wake zone to get to the main part of the lake. which is close to the jumping bridge. The trailer parking lot is very rough and not a lot of room for trailers. The surface is gravel and dirt and is not well- maintained. The boat ramp is a challenge but was not far from the property. Ski Lane is a narrow one-lane gravel road with a challenging entry from the main road. Overall, we loved our stay at Lake Daze.

Large cousins vacation
21 people with youngest 9. We had a great time on the lake. The house is equipped with everything. We did not know there is construction going on right next door which was an eye sore but fortunately for us they were only there one day working. Also there are trash cans right outside the front door which became smelly if anyone went in and out the front door which wasn’t often but still unsightly. A few young girls didn’t like that all bathroom doors/bedroom doors didn’t latch shut. Other than those small things we had an amazing week and everyone wants to go back next year!

Excellent vacation home
We had 9 families come from Georgia & Iowa to meet for a week Christmas/New Years vacation. The home was perfect for our family. Plenty of kitchen space, bedrooms with bathrooms in each room along with additional half bathrooms on each level. The kids & adults loved the bottom floor with the pool table, air hockey table, etc. We would definitely rent this home again & highly recommend it. The managers were super nice during booking and checkin process.

Happy Days at the Daze!
Beautiful home! My family loved every bit of it! We had more than enough space for the multiple generations within our family. We had ample room to have meals and games together and the ability to break away into our own space. The owners responded quickly with any concerns and were very kind. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Went here with a large group of friends. Everyone had a great time. Everything was clean and had plenty of kitchen space and dining area for large group dinners. Dock area and neighborhood is pretty private too. Would recommend to anyone.

As described
Four families stayed at Lake Daze and thoroughly enjoyed our time. It was just as described. The kitchen was great for the large crew and multiple daily meals. The kids hung out on the lower level using the game room on the rainy day, while the adults were able to enjoy the top floor. Just like most of the houses in the cove, there are quite a few steps to reach the dock. We knew this and it wasn’t an issue, but consider this if you have anyone with potential issues of mobility. The house is at the end of the drive and this was great. Since the dock was the last in the cove we didn’t have issues with boat traffic as we jumped and slid off the dock. Communication with property managers was great. We are planning to return to Lake Daze in 2022.

The house and property were just as listed. Great place for multiple generations to enjoy time together in the house and in the water. Three refrigerators were very nice for such a large family and the top deck was greatly utilized by all.
