The open floor plan was great for hanging out with everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The landscaping was a great addition to very entertaining underneath the house. The lication on the island was perfect. Having access to all rhe beach equipment was awesome. Thanks again for sharing such a nice vacation spot!

Home was fantastic! Close enough to the beach, just pack your wagon and go! Island trolley practically outside your front door. Space is roomy, airy and kitchen was fully stocked! A definite gem. We’d stay again for sure!

Honestly, we have no complaints regarding the property.
Everything you need is provided. Most rentals don’t have adequate cooking needs, pots pans etc. They did.
We did have an issue, but they were right on it. They worked until the issue was solved, and it was on Sunday and a holiday. They were awesome.

Everything in the description was spot on. You couldn’t ask for a better property unless it was put right on the beach. Location was about a ten minute walk to the beach. Property has basically everything you need for beach fun…from chairs to wagon and umbrellas. In the house, everything is provided that you would need to cook. The one thing missing was a spatula for the grill but we managed fine. One good idea if your traveling with a bunch of people is to stop and get a couple bags of ice. The fridges(that’s right…one in the garage and in the kitchen) have ice machines but we found that we went through a lot of ice.

Our second stay in this house and it was just as great as the first. Comfortable, well-appointed, and close to the beach. Would definitely book for another trip!

Great getaway
This home had everything we could have possibly needed for our family. Going to the beach was easy, as it was just down the block and all we had to do was pack up the beach cart with chairs and toys (all of it was provided) It was also great being able to hang out at the pool and swim when we weren’t playing in the sand. If you want to take a family trip this would be a wonderful spot!

Great little spot
The house was well kept. Great spot to walk to the beach. The covered upper deck was a plus. We enjoyed coffee every morning up there listening to the vast amount of birds.

House and amenities were great! Great location with easy walk to the beach. House was spacious and clean. Everything we needed! Took advantage of the nice pool since red tide arrived during our stay. The only thing I can recommend is some TLC for the bicycles.

Ride the Wind is Awesome
The listing actually undersells how nice this place is. We had a problem with the TV and the owner was there first thing next morning to fix . This is the perfect place to stay on AMI

Family getaway
Perfect location, close to the beach, walking distance to stores. We loved the bikes! All in all a perfect getaway for the family and we were able to bring our dog (who is definitely part of the family).

Great December trip
We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and had everything we needed. Paying to heat the pool was a must and worth the extra $100 in December. Even when the high for the day was 58, the water was warm and the kids had a blast. Pool was on the smaller side but 3 kids swam in it comfortably. Loved all the extra toys in the garage... bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys....

Perfect Wedding Week on AMI
Beautiful, immaculate property that had everything we could possibly need (and then some!) We so enjoyed what down-time we had between pre-wedding and wedding festivities at "Ride the Tide". (and are very glad we decided on this rental instead of 2 hotel rooms!) Ken, Tammy & Kate were all very responsive before, during and after our stay! We've already given several folks the contact information to rent this beautiful property! We will definitely use them again on future visits to Anna Maria Island!

The house was perfect for our stay! The location was great only several blocks from the beach and the house was clean, beds were a bit soft but comfortable.Pool was nice, and deck was great for outdoor relaxing The house was well-equipped with bikes, beach wagon, beach chairs , outdoor refrigerator in garage. I would definitely recommend a golf cart to see the island it makes the experience all the more fun!

House was very clean and comfortable, has everything you need to spend a week with family, just a short walk to the beach, pool area is amazing, we really enjoy the barbecue by the pool, and the balcony off the living room.

Great beach getaway!
The property and house were so amazing! We had everything we needed for a comfortable and accommodating getaway. Very short walk to the beach, with all the things you need to make it simple, beach cart, chairs, etc. It was the perfect place for a family if 6 to be comfortable and have time together. Everyone having their own bathroom was such a bonus! Anna Maria beaches and area are amazing. The owner was personally responsive and attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely return!

A perfect house for a family of five (3 teens)! We enjoyed this house very much, especially the pool and outdoor area. Beautiful landscaping! Having the extras like games, bikes, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella made for an even better stay. Because the outside areas were so enjoyable we hardly spent time inside except to sleep. We had perfect weather and the beach was not very crowded at all. Thanks for a great vacation home!

Fantastic Stay! Perfect!!
Had an incredible week at Ride the Tide. One of the best places we’ve stayed on AMI in our 30 years of vacationing on the island. Wonderful layout and nicely stocked with everything you need. The layout is perfect. So many lovely gathering places outside and inside. Also had plenty of beach chairs, wagon, toys, towels, etc. Loved this part of the beach. Not very busy and just a short walk. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful house in amazing location
We loved every minute of our stay on Anna Maria Island, the house was perfectly located and had every amenity we needed. Great pool, superb living space and deck, very comfortable beds. Being able to wander down the street directly to the beach in 5 minutes was fantastic. AMI has such a great atmosphere, probably our favourite place in Florida. Beautiful vacation house!
The house was perfect for our family’s Summer vacation! We loved everything about the interior of the home, and the pool was a special bonus. It is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets! We will definitely be back!
