Una opción para aquellos que buscan una experiencia memorable durante su estancia en la ciudad. Con un desayuno sumamente variado. Además, su ubicación céntrica lo convierte en el punto de partida perfecto para explorar la ciudad, con atracciones turísticas, tiendas y restaurantes a poca distancia. Pero lo que realmente distingue a este hotel es su excelente atención al cliente, donde cada miembro del personal se esfuerza por hacer que cada huésped se sienta como en casa. Ya sea que viaje por negocios o por placer, el alojamiento garantiza una experiencia inolvidable.
La estancia estuvo bien en general, pero encontré algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar. La cama era un poco corta, lo que podría ser incómodo para personas altas. Además, faltaban instrucciones para el uso de la caja fuerte en la habitación. Sugiero que el hotel considere mejorar estos aspectos para ofrecer una experiencia aún más satisfactoria a sus huéspedes.

the bathroom was dirty, full of hair from the previous guess, I had to clean it and the carpet on the corridors was smelly. they have an opportunity with the cleaning of the bathroom, floors and carpet. other than that was good

Clean room, super friendly and helpful staff
The room was very cold and there was no way to warm it up. The shower temperature kept changing from boiling hot to cold at all times.

The staff were so kind and helpful! They are always there to help out with what you need and make things so easy. The staff were the best part of the stay for sure! The breakfast was the perfect amount and delivered right to the room at the time we indicated. The room was large and very comfortable. The location is ideal and close to many great restaurants, but it's also quiet and not as hectic as other locations.
It could have been I bit cleaner.

Breakfast was very complete, and the staff very nice and attentive. the two gentlemen at the door very helpful, I like very much the hotel.
My opinion is that every room should have a small microwave, to heat anything, but there is only one microwave in the lobby for all the rooms

The bed was comfortable
We booked a taxi through the hotel to the airport and the price was really expensive.Breakfast is served to the room and there are no choices. Sad and poor breakfast.noises of alarm beeping every night from the outside.

The people at the reseption didnt explain anything about the hotel.. the tend to be quiet, no free water at all.. we needed to buy with expensive prices from the lobby. The room is kinda small, no view ofc, the price is expensive considering the place.. the reason i got this hotel cuz its named after my mom haha..

Location and staff was really friendly
Our first room was not cleaned (body hair, toilet paper in the bathroom, no bedsheets etc). We got a second bedroom after grumbling. On the second night we had to change room and we were never told the reason (but it was announced at the check in though, so not a surprise).
Breakfast was barely eatable… I had to get something outside not too starve.

New facilities! Extremely large and comfy bed, quite a large room and lots of space for luggage (especially good for backpackers)
The only thing that bothered me was the very sticky floor. I was not able to walk around in the room barefoot or with socks without getting dirty. The floor is sticky and also a bit dirty- I mentioned this at the reception but nothing was done.

The staff was incredible kind and responsive. I am a solo female traveller and my flight arrived at 130am in the morning. They arranged transportation for me so I felt very safe. The room was immaculately clean; shower was good; and bed was comfortable. They were also flexible about my check out time which I appreciated since I needed a lot of sleep after a very long flight. Thank you again for your hospitality!
