Hồ bơi rộng . Nhiều cây xanh. Phòng sạch tương đối thôi.

Phòng hôi mùi cống . Đặc biệt toilet. Nhà mình ở 2 phòng Villa đều bị . Mở cửa, bật quạt hút mùi cũng ko hết. Cách tổ chức công việc khá lủng củng. Lúc checkout chờ 30p mới xong. Buffet sáng ko có nhiều lựa chọn.

Mình có trải nghiệm hơi tệ tại đây, mình thuê bungalow vì thấy trên hình có bồn tắm nhưng tới nơi bồn không xài được, phòng có mùi ẩm mốc rất khó chịu, ban đêm thì không thể dạo hay ngắm biển được vì resort rất tối không có điện sáng khu vực gần bãi biển luôn, cổng resort thì hoang tàn như resort bỏ hoang, sảng check in - check out nhân viên làm việc thiếu chuyên nghiệp, khách check in xong phải tự đi bộ về phòng dù đang mưa rất lớn nhưng không có ô hay nhân viên theo hỗ trợ. Đang vào mùa mưa nên rất cần mang ô khi ra ngoài nhưng cái ô trong phòng mình vừa cầm lên đã gãy cán và resort bảo do khách làm vậy là bị phạt đền 350k vậy là vừa không che mưa được vừa tốn 350k nhảm nhí

The hotel is sitting in between two construction sites and tbh doesn't even look finished itself. There were empty planters outside the lifts filled with cigarette buts. Bathroom was mouldy. Walking through the grounds there were exposed wires where I assume lights were meant to be. During the night woke up sweating and realised the power in the building had gone out and there was no aircon. At this moment immediately booked the first transfer away from this place at 7am.

The location is nice and the receptionists are helpful.

1. The facilities are so bad and rustic for a 4-star Resort. Everything about this place is not 4-star by any means. 2. My room’s AC was broken and I asked the hotel to switch room because it was scorching hot and surprisingly they held a techno party just outside. Can’t rest at all! 3. I finally had my room switched but this new room is not classified at “sea-view” as I have booked earlier. The room smell so bad and again, the AC worked only for an hour and then it broke down in the middle of the night. It was a terrible night! Next morning I complained and asked them to come and fix it. Turned our nobody showed up until my check-out

The staff is extremly friendly and helpful. They even help us to book a train ticket! :) For europeans it might not reach the expectations of a 4 star Hotel, but all in all it is a nice place to stay at.

Breakfast was excellent. Place is very good for people, they want go to the Red Sanddunes and want relax. Resort staff Kim was very friendly, We could ask her everything all the time. She arranged bus travel and told us about leisure possibilities.

For breakfast there are many things you can choose from. The resort is close to the beach and the red sand dunes which is really convenient. The staff was wonderful and very friendly.
