Schlafzimmer: Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher mit neu aktualisiertem Hauptbad und einen riesigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer in Deluxe-Größe verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten, einen Flachbildfernseher, zwei große Kleiderschränke und ein angeschlossenes, aktualisiertes Badezimmer mit gefliester Dusche. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Glasschiebetüren, die zu einem Balkon führen, auf dem Sie sitzen und die Meeresbrise genießen können. The condo was decorated perfectly. It was very clean and a short walk to the fitness center, several pools and the beach. Tara was in communication with us the whole time and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We have stayed at Edgewater resort before, but this condo was definitely better than what we've had in the past. Highly recommend!

The property was just as described. We loved the convenience of the pools. Definitely family friendly. Property manager is easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze. A short drive to the 30A beaches and shopping. The Villa was on the second floor, one flight of steps. A very nice pond of the balcony with turtles, fish and ducks. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Unit was super clean! Communication was great. Location was excellent-the walk to the overpass wasn’t bad at all. I think it was a 1/4 mile from the condo to the lagoon pool-we took a wagon so we didn’t have to carry everything. I would 100% recommend and stay again!!

I have never booked a vacation rental before and have heard stories from other villas in Edgewater about the photos and descriptions not matching the experience but this was great! Tara was so helpful and communicative, the villa was updated and clean, and the location was perfect for constant trips to the conference center. We already booked the same villa for next year!

The villa had everything that we needed supplied and was very comfortable and beautifully finished. The host, Tara, was wonderful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had. We had a great time and loved the Villa. The location was perfect - easy walk to the beach via the pedestrian bridge and several pools near the Villas. The Villa was very clean - even the refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, etc. were clean. We could tell the owners take great pride in their property and maintain it. The beds were comfy and cozy. The kids loved watching the turtles in the pond outside the balcony. There were even beach toys for our kids to use. The only item that was a negative for us was the wicker dining chairs. They aggravated our kids who have sensitive skin but we just put towels down. Overall extremely satisfied and we would definitely stay again!!

We stayed at Edgewater for sun and fun while also attending The Seabreeze Jazz Festival. We had sunny days and 75 degree weather the whole time!!! The white sandy beaches were only a short walk from the villa and the pool was in the back yard! PCB is a fun place and the villa is in a great location.

We are a couple in their mid 60s who rented this villa for 18 nights in the last part of March 2023.
We found the villa to be delightful. It was very comfortable. very clean. The beds slept well and the bathrooms were very modern and nice.
Tke kitchen was stocked with dishes and we prepared many breakfasts there.
The balcony had a great view of the pond and was very relaxing.
The owner was cordial and responded quickly to the one question we had..
The villa is within walking distance to the beach and to a heated pool and there were many eating establishments and bars nearby.
If it works, we would like to stay again next March.

We just stayed here for spring break! This was the perfect spot! The condo is amazing!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and own deck! My teenager loved having her own room and deck! The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and large bathroom with an amazing shower!! The other bedroom also has a huge closet. The location is perfect!!! It's a five minute walk to the beach! You can take to golf cart but the walk is so easy it's really not necessary. The only time it may be is if you have a lot to carry. The condo was extremely clean!! Full washer and dryer! Everything you need to prepare a meal is there. You will need to bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. You can rent the umbrellas on the beach but it is a little pricey. We bought one from Lowes that we actually love!!! The only thing that we could have used was a full length mirror. The owner is so nice and very helpful and responds fast! Have fun and don't hesitate to stay here! I forgot to mention the turtle pond! So much fun to drink your morning coffee and watch all the turtles! It's such a peaceful and quiet place! Also, the shopping is very close and grocery stores less than a mile away! Plenty of restaurants to choose from!!! LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! Thank you Tara for everything!

My husband and I stayed here for the month of February. The condo is clean and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. We walked over to the beach every day. My husband played golf at the 9 hole course that surrounds the complex. There are also tennis and pickleball courts and plenty of pools! Tara was just a text away if we ever needed her. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a resort like experience.

Perfect place to stay!
We just returned home from 8 nights in PCB and this place was Absolutely Perfect! Close to everything, yet quiet. Communication from the owner was superior! It truly is a short, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great balcony where we enjoyed the beautiful fountain, and watching the turtles and ducks. I will absolutely recommend this particular place to anyone I know headed to the PCB area. Thank you Tara, for all your communications, and having such a perfect place!!

Comfortable Beachy Getwaway
Great condo! The updates are lovely. Nice view from the balcony of the turtles and ducks. Convenient location to convention center, gym and walking bridge. We were here with other families in other Villas and this was the nicest one. Felt homey, not sterile hotel decor. The owners have taken great care to create a comfortable vacation space. This is a good one!

This was a perfect trip to PCB with our grandgirls and where we stayed was ideal! We've been to Edgewater Beach Resort many times and highly recommend renting Golf Villa 1006! It's in excellent condition and in a great location! We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I brought our 2 graduates for our family vacation.
The condo was AMAZING! So beautiful and clean.
Loved the fact the girls room was so big, they had their own bed and bath.
I absolutely LOVED our bathroom, especially the shower and the bedroom. Everything was amazing.
Tara was awesome! Anytime I had a question she always responded. I never had to wait days for a reply.

Family Vacation
We have been vacationing in PCB for years. This property hands down is the cleanest. The condo was very nice and clean! Great location. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the quaint pond with turtles. Short walk to a heated pool and the pedestrian bridge was maybe 2-3 minutes from the condo so we could be at the large pool and beach in no time! We highly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo! Also recommend the Runaway Island for dinner.

Relaxing in the heated pool in the sunshine. Nice view sitting on the lanai watching the turtles and ducks. Cookware and dishes were all in great shape! Very comfortable beds and pillows and tastesfully decorated.

Beautiful condo in great location
We had a wonderful visit with family. The property is beautiful and the condo is very nice. Updated furnishings, clean, well stocked, and just a short walk to all beach activities. The proximity to the pedestrian bridge made access to everything so easy. Multiple pools to choose from. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Quiet, private and very calming location. We loved it!

The pictures of the rooms are exactly how the villa looks. The rooms were clean, large in space, kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The bathrooms have plenty of towels for both bathrooms. Having a washer, dryer and dishwasher on-site was a huge plus for our family! The walk to the beach/restaurant/main campus area is just a short distance. This was our families first family vacation in several years and it was worth it. Looking for things to do in PCB?We rented a pontoon from Lagoon Pontoon and spent the day on Shell Island. Dinner at Sharkys was delicious. The kids spent the day playing at Race City & had a blast.
