We just celebrated our dads 90th birthday on the Pearl. Great venue, location was perfect for us and our host Kathy was wonderful. Highly recommend the Pearl if you are looking for something a bit different. It is close to everything you might need as well.

This yacht is absolutely beautiful! Amenities galore! Kayaks,paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs at no additional cost were just an added bonus! We are already planning our stay for next Summer! Highly recommend! We were able to communicate with the owners through text and they answered any questions we had immediately. Thank you for a perfect experience!:)

Couldn’t recommend this place anymore! The host are very friendly and responsive. The boat is as advertised and sits in a great location regardless of what your plans are. Would love to return! 10/10.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Rich and Sheryl were great hosts and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. For those who have not stayed on a boat or even in a camper, just be aware that this is a yacht, not a condo. Know what you are getting into and you will absolutely love the experience, we did. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed staying on a boat. It is docked at a nice marina and stores & family restaurants are walking distance. I would have coffee on the strern every morning & had my own rooftop bar on the upper deck to watch the sun set.

Rich and Sheryl were superior host. Their attention to detail in making our stay comfortable was second to none. They were great and attentive and easily available for questions. I highly recommend them.

The property was not as advertised or pictured. A old and tired boat that does not match the description of being luxury. The smell of mildew and mold was over powering and caused everyone’s allergies to flare.

Fourteen friends and family for an unforgettable sit down birthday dinner on the top deck of The Lady Pearl. Beautifully appointed main salon with aqua blue glass accents and chandelier set the stage for a wonderful weekend. I truly appreciated the amazing mattress for a great night’s sleep. Our guests absolutely loved The Lady Pearl as our dinner party venue.

Everything i expected from the listing. Had a few minor setbacks due to the vrbo app not working properly, but texted/called the owners and had prompt response. Would definitely recommend.

The Yacht was awesome, we had everything we needed, and the beds are super comfortable! This is a much better option than a small condo. Having groceries ready for us was super convenient! Walking distance to Walmart for anything else you might need. The dolphin spotting was icing on the cake.

We had a great time staying on the Lady Pearl! Had all the amenities of a house but on a boat! But be aware that it is a boat, so bathrooms are tight, there’s a little boat smell, and it moves slightly. But beds are comfortable, AC works, it was clean, and hosts were very helpful and accommodating!

6 adults for a birthday weekend. The yacht was wonderful. Beautiful and so comfortable. Close to the action, but the privacy and space to hang out on our own. Just perfect!

We loved our girls weekend away! The location was great and we really appreciated Rich meeting us at the marina and giving us a tour of the boat/explaining everything. Sheryl was also a great communicator and we felt right at home!
The beds are super comfortable and rooms were spacious with newly updated appliances. Only wish there were more bench cushions on the top deck!

This Marina is located within 20 minutes of so many different downtown areas to explore and eat! It’s only about 10 minutes from downtown Gulfport which is a cute little beach town!
We saw lots of dolphins while sitting on the top deck, can’t beat the view up there!
The kayaks were great for us to be able to explore on the water and the boat was beautiful!
Richard and Sheryl were very responsive and helpful along the way! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Rich is a pleasure to deal with. Manatees we’re swimming in the bay so the kids kayaked out every day and got to see them. I even touched one a couple of times that was curious about the paddle board. So cool!
Caught a couple fish off the boat as well. Location is perfect as it’s 15 minutes to downtown St. Pete’s and 15 minutes to some of the most beautiful beaches Florida has to offer. Great for families.

Its a older boat but has been renovated and well cared. Everything worked well and I had a wonderful stay. I also loved the location and the marina. Will be staying there in the future !

Beds very comfy along with linens. Barrel chairs look unclean. Worn look to exterior seating areas. Couple pictures are from younger years. Dining chairs + table good along with sofa/recliner. Visited in Jan - did not use kyacks etc.

Our family (9) spent Christmas on the yacht. Super facilities and location. It was a wonderful family experience. We will be booking again for just me and my wife. Great access to everything in the area and great restaurants and activities within 10 minutes, drive. We appreciate the opportunity to have stayed there.

We were looking for something unique and different and this was the perfect vacation option! Close to lots of excursions and amenities but plenty to do right on the Lady Pearl! We took advantage of using the kayaks, paddle board and fishing gear and had a blast! So fun to see manatees and dolphins each day. We had a delicious meal prepared by Chef Davis and ate under the stars on the Lady Pearl! The owners were extremely helpful and responsive in giving us tips and suggestions for things to do in the area. Our family truly enjoyed our time on the Lady Pearl!

Super unique and fun experience staying on a yacht for a long weekend with the girls! The boat was clean, beds were comfortable! We did not have a chance to use the water toys provided, but they had a kayak, standup paddle board and giant swim float to use as needed!

Spectacular!
The yacht was such an amazing experience for our bachelor party. We were able to utilize all of the water toys and amenities which kept us busy in the sun. Sheryl was such a great host and very responsive/cooperative if anything came up. I would recommend this to any group of people who are looking for a fun weekend away on the water. We had a wonderful time. The upgrades they did were very nice. We had plenty of room. The owners were wonderful to work with. We were met at the yacht and he helped us with our luggage! Gave us a tour! Very quiet location as well. We will definitely do this again!

Upon arriving to the marina, Captain Richard was there to meet us. He gave us a tour of the vessel, and showed us what it had to offer. The Lady Pearl had numerous amenities…large living area, with big screen TV. Studio-type kitchen with full sized refrigerator, and electric stove, microwave, deep sink with disposal. The vessel also had a dorm-style wine fridge, that proved to be ideal for beer and soft drinks as well.
The Lady Pearl touts 3 levels. The upper deck had seating for a decent number of guests. It also had a sink, bar, and bar stools. Great Party area and View.
The middle deck, as mentioned above had the living area, as well as the pilot house, and a half-bathroom. Outside of the rear sliding doors was a nice kitchen nook. Great to sit and watch the manatees and dolphins.
The lower deck provided 4 bedrooms, including a 2 master suites, bathrooms, washer/dryer, ironing board, and storage room. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, and the mattresses were clean and comfortable. Also had two pullout beds if needed.
The Pearl also came equipped with lawn chairs, 2 kayaks, a floating mat and fishing gear. We left behind a boogie board for future guests.
If we were to provide some mild criticisms of the Lady Pearl, it would be these: If you are not familiar with marine type bathrooms, you may be surprised the showers, sometimes had low water pressure. The pressure was mostly adequate though. Like I said it is marine type fixtures. We loved the light up mirrors.
We would like to suggest some full length mirrors be installed in the front bedroom and one in the back.
All-in-all, I would highly recommend the Lady Pearl. Very nice vessel, and Captain Richard and Sheryl were very accommodating and handled a small issues we had at the beginning in a timely matter. Our time went to fast and we miss the view and manatee friends already.

We had an absolute blast staying at this property! We had more than enough room for our family of 7, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Trips to the beaches were just a short drive away as well. The kids loved fishing off the back of the boat and caught many fish! The kayaks were also used daily and trips to the island were super fun! The hosts were very responsive and checked in daily. We had a great time and this place was awesome!!!
