Le petit déjeuner. Chambre correct qui a besoin d’être un peu rafraîchi. La situation géographique.

Le lobby est minuscule pour autant de personnes dans l’hôtel. Il fallait laisser une caution, chose que je n’ai pas eu à faire dans mon hôtel à BKK précédent. La piscine est petite.

This was a non smoking hotel with a couple of designated smoking areas. It was irritating to see certain foreign guests ignore the no cannabis smoking rule even though there were 2 smoking lounges opposite the hotel. Hotel should consider enforcing the penalties where applicable

Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Bangkok. Einrichtung zweckmäßig aber dennoch schön. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist ein Stück zur Sukhumvit es gibt aber einen Shuttle. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich.

Good location in the heart of Sukhumvit area. Close to metro and Asok BTS, terminal 21 shopping mall. The hotel also offers a shuttle that can drive you to the metro station every hour or so.

Got one-bedroom suite but had to live on the second floor, with not much daylight, bedroom window without sound isolation and right next to the outside area with AC ventilation and where stuff smokes. No view, other than the wall of the building next to the hotel. Poor sound isolation between the rooms (we had a blocked door leading to the room next doors). Altogether, very noisy. I wish the swimming pool area had umbrellas or anything to create some shade.

Central location, a walk from the BTS, close to shopping mall Terminal 21. Modern fresh rooms with comfy beds and breakfast was great! A nice pool also!

Gym needs an upgrade

Rewelacyjny hotel w samym centrum miasta. Obsługa miła i uprzejma, pokoje czyste, łóżka wygodne. Do dyspozycji basen, siłownia i pokój do pracy.

La localisation, calme

This property was very central in BKK Sukhumvit area. It was situated near a motorbike stand so I could travel everywhere BTS (Skytrain), Asok Station, MRT (Subway)

The reception area is very busy - the flow of people in and out of the hotel is very congested due to people checking in and checking out. The is a Bt1000 key deposit that one needs to play before - you receive it back when you return the key

It was a nice room and the facilities were clean.

The check in was very late, 2 p.m. and the breakfast was not the best. Two days out of 6 there were no towels at the pool and we had to wait several hours to get a towel. Since the sun beds were extremely hot one could not sunbath without a towel.

The hotel was everything and more. It was clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were so lovely and more than happy to help. Great restaurants around the area.

The hotel was a bit far from the BTS station but fortunately the hotel provides a shuttle service every hour and a half.

Great facilities and the location is super nice very close Emsphere. The was super clean and the hotel also accommodated my early check in request.

The location was walking distance to Emporium shopping centre and several Irish bars. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool and gym was good. The breakfast was nice but there was no bacon to accompany the choice of eggs made to order. Lots of choice.

The hotel is located on the road bend and this is a busy short cut. The glazing was inadequate to stop the noise from the scooters accelerating out of the corner. Maybe ask for a room at the rear if you are a light sleeper.

The location. It's within walking distance of the metro and underground transport network. Also Terminal 21 and the Emporium.

Nothing. Initially the room we booked had no storage for clothes. We spoke to reception who moved us to a larger room with plenty of storage for clothes.

The pool on the roof was very comfortable and clean, enough space for all the guests. The gym was simple but sufficient. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed and spacious room.

Bad smell in the rooms and on the hallway and the window cannot open. The hotel is due for some maintenance and the run down towels and sheets really need to be replaced.
